"They initially set the date and time, they contacted me the day to ask a time change. They can change the time to a later time, and they were still late with the time change. They were late and I expect them to do a good job. The cleaning in the kitchen was fabulous, it was the older woman who did the kitchen. But, everything else that the younger people did was not good at all. I have to asked them to go back and clean the doors. The ceiling fans were not cleaned, they are horrible. They were not going to clean the baseboards, which was part of the deep cleaning agreement."

When I indicated areas that had not been done, they were prompt to see it was cleaned. In general they did a good job but needed some guidance. We are scheduled for another cleaning in a month and hopefully we'll be able to have a more thorough cleaning and attention to detail then. The young ladies were very nice, respectful as well as their manager which we appreciated."
