Most of of it ended up being relatively small repairs but I know some plumbers would have replaced rather than fixed to make more money. "This was a refurbishment of a commercial space. Herr Plumbing removed all plumbing in an used restroom so it could be torn out, and relocated/replaced a water heater. They located a toilet drain for a new restroom, and then completed the plumbing for that restroom when the framing was complete. They returned one more time to install all the fixtures. Herr Plumbing was timely and professional, and did great work!"
