"Brad has worked on two roofs for me. The first was a complete replacement and then this job, where is fixed part of the roof and had to replace it in a few places. Both times he's been nothing but professional. I'll use him again for my next roof and recommend him where ever I can. The only downside is that he was only accepting cash or checks at the time, but that may have changed."

"I am a commercial builder I have worked with. JDuncanson.I have given them the contract for installing an EPDM roofing system which has been used for over 40 years for commercial buildings having low space roofs. I must tell you that they are not the only experts in their work but also respect their partners also. They truly believe in making long-term relationships. I would love to work with them again."

"Two representatives of Priority Contracting and Roofing knocked on our door one day when they were canvassing our neighborhood to market their roofing services. Wes Taylor and Grant Miller stood out from the several other roofing company representatives that had also been canvassing the neighborhood. They were just more professional and more engaging. I allowed them to examine our roof. They took numerous pictures and said they felt sure our insurance company would cover the cost of a new roof, subject to our deductible being paid. They described their company’s philosophy of customer service and how they stand behind their work. After spending about 10 minutes talking with them, I called our insurance company to file a claim. When the adjuster came to inspect our roof, Wes was also present to go over the issues he and Grant had spotted on their inspection. The adjuster concluded that our roof qualified for replacement under our insurance policy. I scheduled the date for the work to be done and my wife and I chose the GAF Timberline shingle we wanted. All the roofing materials were delivered to our home the day before the roof was installed and stacked neatly on one side of our driveway, leaving room for the trailer dumpster on the other side. The next morning the crew began work at 7:15 am as we were told they would. They worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. There was an assigned project manager, Josue Aguilera, who introduced himself and made sure things would go smoothly. Grant showed up, too, and even helped pitch in on the roof for several hours. By 4:45 the roof was on and the crew began cleaning the yard and flower beds (they were covered with tarps to protect the shrubs and bushes). They also went over the yard with a magnetic rake to pick up any stray nails. Once they finished the clean up, other than the fact that our roof looked fantastic, you would never know they had been there. Wes came by to see if we were pleased with their work and advised us to expect a follow up quality control inspection in a few weeks just to make sure everything met their very high standard and to go over our 5 year warranty on their workmanship. While this may be the last roof we need to put on, our experience with Wes, Grant, and Josue could not have been more positive. I would not hesitate to recommend them and Priority Contracting and Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof or roof repairs. They are first class all the way!!"

"When I contacted 360 Innovations about my leaking roof they were very responsive and came out immediately to look at it and fix it temporarily until they could replace it. They worked with my insurance company to deal with all the details so I didn't have to. Their crew was very fast and professional, and I would use them again without hesitation to replace or repair our roof. We worked with Joseph Donovan and he was very involved and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Great company!"

"<p>If you are looking for a best-in-class, excellent roofing company, CLC is your company. CLC is a platinum preferred contractor and certified by Owens Corning. Owens certification requires being in business for greater than 3 years, having a great standing w/ BBB, maintaining excellent credit, having no bankruptcy in 7 years, being insured, being fully licensed, plus best of all using Owens Corning products, and utilizes the Owens Corning’s proven roofing system. In fact, CLC exceeds this certification by being in business 17 years, having a long list of positive referrals, having their business in Coppell, TX, providing a warranty, and roofing 500+ home in last 12 months! </p> <p> </p> <p>I have seen several homes being roofed in Castle Hills that other roofing companies have cut corners on the roofing systems such as reusing old tar paper, not installing ice & water shield, not replacing vents, not installing new metal flashing, using cheap shingles, not inspecting plywood beneath, and hire in-experience crews who nail in 2”x2” in your roof to scale your roof, with uneven shingle cuts, and take weeks versus days to complete your job – NOT CLC! CLC uses a complete, proven Owens Corning roofing system with available upgrades to address your needs. CLC consultants, Brandon and Pops are very conscientious and not only take care of you, they will be on-site frequently to watch the job and take care of their crews as well. Brandon and Pops were very patient with me, not pushy, explaining everything before I signed a contract. I challenged them openly versus other contractors’ claims and services, and they answered all my concerns easily due to their vast roofing expertise and industry knowledge. During the insurance process Brandon and Pops provided excellent advice and assistance to work through my insurance claim, and at times educated my insurance adjuster on current roofing practices, materials, and pricing to ensure I did not have to compromise on receiving the best roofing system installed for my home. CLC will clean-up the job when complete. CLC has this giant magnet on wheels that will pick up all nails from your lawn and driveway – awesome!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not make the mistake of employing a second rate roofing company. Your roof protects one of your largest assets – your home and all your belongings. You need to get your roof done right. If you want the best, forget the rest, and call Brandon or Pops at CLC!!! Their office number is (972) 304-4431. CLC is best-in-class, period! You will be very pleased hiring them.</p>"

"When the wind blew some of the shingles off of my roof on April 30, 2017 I called Billy Harris Roofing because they are located in Benbrook and have been in business many years (38?) with the same phone number so I knew they were not "fly by night" ripoff. Terry Mayo came and looked at my roof, then sent a man over who put a tarp over the place where the decking was showing. After the insurance adjuster came and I got payment from USAA we set a date for the reroofing. I was surprised they do a reroof in just one day. I also had some hail damage on a window screen and the wind had blown part of my back fence and made it wobbley. Insurance also paid for those replacements and Terry Mayo of Billy Harris Roofing got the fence and screen replaced. Terry didn't ask for a penny until the job was complete - roof, fence, and window screen. The roof shingles have a 20 year warranty (I think) and Billy Harris has a 3 year labor warranty i.e. if there is any wind or hail damage to the roof within 3 years, Billy Harris will repair it with no charge for labor. I am a MOST HAPPY AND SATISFIED CUSTOMER OF BILLY HARRIS ROOFING and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone else!!!"

"Nick made the process so easy. He was wonderful to work with and have had him not only do my house, but a rental house as well. He took pictures of the damage and how the previous roof was improperly installed that added to the damage. The final product is still getting compliments from my neighbors!! Other friends I refer to Nick also drop his name anytime a friend mentions the word: roof. They have also been as pleased as I am."
