"I hired Blake and company to pour a 15x38 stained and stamped patio. The cement pour, color and stamp turned out very nice. The problem I have is instead of letting the concrete sit for about 2 weeks, he sealed it after 3 days. It looked horrible as the moisture came up through the concrete and left white marks everywhere. His answer was more sealer (3 coats) and still looks bad. This was to be done by 12/1/18 and he wants to wait until spring to finish by putting another coat of sealer on it. I've researched and talked to other concrete installers and it will cost me $1164.00 to fix as sealer was put on too early. The sealer has to be stripped, let dry and only 2 thin coats reapplied. NTX has directed me to have another company fix the problem and has refunded me the money to make me whole and not be out any more cash above our contract."

"First off, I know as soon as I post this review, JD?s <br /> response is going to be ?hey, look at all the positive reviews I have and this <br /> 1 bad review is because this guy was impossible to work with, etc?? which is a <br /> typical response when so many people have good things to say about a company. <br /> On to the substance.... <br /> I went and did research on many garage flooring companies <br /> before finally settling on Custom Garage Works. JD?s price was not the cheapest <br /> but from pictures I saw, his quality was the best and that?s ultimately why I <br /> decided to go with JD. He came out to look at my game room floor that I wanted <br /> done. He was told and made aware that we would be using this in a game room <br /> with roller chairs and a few of my friends weigh 250+ pounds and that?s why I <br /> wanted a heavy duty floor. JD told me not to worry and that this was the <br /> toughest floor available, it could withstand battery acid, abuse, it would be <br /> as thick as a credit card, etc?? I bit hook, line & sinker. We agreed on a <br /> price, color scheme and scheduled a date. I was told the concrete prep work <br /> would not be messy but that couldn?t be further from the truth. There was dust <br /> EVERYWHERE and nothing was masked off. I had to have a deep clean done after <br /> the work was completed. Was that a deal breaker? Not really. I just wish I <br /> would?ve been told. After the job was completed, the floor looked amazing. JD?s <br /> brother, which is who did the actual install, did good. The quality was good <br /> and the floor only had several spots had to be touched up. I told JD to leave <br /> me some sealer and I could touch them up and I could touch them up in the <br /> future if something happened in the future. He left me a quart of the top coat <br /> as I didn?t want to inconvenience him with small things in the future. I was <br /> happy. JD said he would get us our warranty paper work soon and the final <br /> balance was paid. Also, he told us the warranty was a lifetime warranty but <br /> when it came time for me to get the warranty paper work (I still haven?t gotten <br /> them), he said the warranty only covers tire marks and yellowing from the sun <br /> which he knew didn?t apply to me because I cannot park a car in my game room. <br /> Again, this was a 180 degree turn around from what he told me in the beginning. <br /> Fast forward to March 2016. I have a 3?x 3? spot on the floor that is peeling <br /> up. The concrete is exposed and not coating or anything is covering the floor. <br /> JD was contacted to ask about warranty, fixing the floor, etc? JD said, ?that <br /> he could put a clear sealer over the spot and add flakes to match our floor?. I <br /> asked how this would match our floor when the color is ivory with flakes in it? <br /> He said he didn?t have any of the special color mixed and it would be too <br /> expensive to do that to fix the small part of the floor. REALLY? That?s the <br /> service a supposed ?top notch? company gives after taking your money? JD also <br /> claimed that the warranty was for car tires and airplane tires but a 250 pound <br /> person in a roller chair could cause more damage to the floor than the car or <br /> plane. Think about that for a minute. That?s laughable. If that was truly the <br /> case, why was I told this floor would be perfect for what I wanted to do in the <br /> beginning and he said it would hold up to anything? Maybe because he wanted my <br /> money and service after the sale means nothing? That sounds more like it. Also <br /> during the conversation, JD became irate, said I an a**hole and several other <br /> choice names during which I remained calm because I wanted my floor fixed. The <br /> conversation ended with JD hanging up and I?m left with a hole in my floor. If <br /> you want someone who will promise you the moon before the job starts, JD & <br /> Custom Garage Works are the guys you want. If you want someone who will not <br /> stand behind their product once they have your money, JD & Custom Garage <br /> Works is DEFINANTLY the company that you want to go with. Buyer beware. You <br /> have been warned. <br />   <br /> Brandon C. <br />"

"Pancho was on time and went right to work. They did work for us back in 2009, covered a stamped patio that was slick when it rained. This time he did the same thing on newly poured concrete for an arbor and an extension on our sidewalk. It's a 3 day process and he completed it with no problem. It matches the original patio and now looks complete and as if it was always there. They do a process like they do around a pool, so it's not slippery and it doesn't get so hot in the Texas Heat! Great Job! <br />"

"Complete Overhead Door professionalism starts with the first phone call. They listen to issues and quickly determine the best course of action and most appropriate assistance I need. Appointments are set and they show up on time and make repairs in the most economic and sensible way. Prices are reasonable and I feel I received good value. Their personnel are excellent in both professionalism and customer service. I have had very good service from Cord Welborn and Ryan. They listen to my issues, sort out the problem and resolution and fix it. I recommend them highly."

"Awesome! Mark is extremely responsive , patient, and always responds to communication. I'm very analytical and ask a lot of questions and research. Mark always replied to my questions within a day and most cases in few hours. Mark is very concerned with making sure we are happy. To the point he recommended to hold off on a service and visit nursery with us because he wanted to make sure we were 100% confident on trees we wanted. Many other landscape companies we spoke with act like they are too busy and doing us a favor to speak with us. The storm with 50+ mph wind blew over few of our trees and Mark was back out immediately to resolve. I also had some small trees I planted myself before hiring Mark and he even did some extra work and mulched. We are very happy with our tree selection and look forward to doing more business with Mark and highly recommend."

"Concrete Works did a fantastic job, I am total pleased and happy with their work. I called them - they answered right away. They were prompt and on time each day. I added a second patio 11ft x 17ft in my backyard with a stamp and stain border, alone with a separate stamp pad for my grilling 4ft x 14ft area. Both areas were completed professionally. Their price was very reasonable, well less than the big companies. They cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend Concrete Works again and again."
