"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. Paul also cleaned up the interior and exterior areas where he worked and everything was immaculate after he left. Can't of better than Washington Door Service,"

First, Eric came to look at our old door and then asked exactly what we wanted and recommended some options after our discussion. Eric then passed us over to Wendy, who was super charismatic, easy to get a hold of, and even communicated door hardware options on specific styles as well as paint color. She offered different styles of door handles and kept us abreast of the installers schedule.
