Andy and Tuan did quality work on every part of the project and made sure to check in with us regularly to make sure everything was how we wanted it. "This is a great company.  I contacted Ryan Restoration on line and they very responsive and answered all of the questions and we set up appointment for the following week. The appointment was scheduled for 9:00 am.  Bob called just before 9:00 to say he was running late about 15 minutes which good to know.  When Bob was arrived we walked through the house showing him areas to clean and areas to repair.  We had just removed the carpet from our stairs and installed hardware stairs and we needed the carpet tacked down at top of the stairs.  Bob did that and it looks great.  Then I asked Bob to patch a small area where we had removed an end post from the stairs.  Again, Bob repaired this area and it looks fantastic.  Bob also cleaned several rooms of carpet and they have never looked better.  I did call Bob later that day because the carpet he cleaned earlier that day was "rippling" which I had never seen before.  Bob explained this does happen sometimes and when the carpet had completely dried it would lay back down.  This morning it looks perfect. They stayed within the timeframe I was expecting (they worked on Sunday to accomplish that). "The project went as expected for my 1969 built condo. The team was able to complete the asbestos removal in 3 days for 1000+ sqft popcorn ceilings. Some of the ceiling was high and difficult to reach. The team were able to finish the work efficiently without any issue. One thing you should keep in mind that the dry wall will damaged and need to be repaired and repainted. That is expected and not included in the removal contract."

Most importantly they could not do any work until the did an asbestos test.Because it came back positive SO they could not do the demolition. They refer Thermotech to do the removal of the asbestos. And we now have a completely gutted to the sub floor."
