"DO NOT USE: We were quoted $6K for a shower kit install. Upon completion of the work, it was immediately apparent that the installation was defective and did not meet acceptable industry standards. Specifically: No water membrane was installed behind the shower kit, rendering the installation non-compliant with waterproofing best practices. No caulking was applied to seal seams, leaving the installation vulnerable to water intrusion and damage. The walls and surrounding trim were not plumb, which made it impossible to install a functioning shower door. A McLendon's supervisor subsequently inspected the installation onsite and acknowledged the poor workmanship. We were informed that the matter would be addressed, but despite multiple follow-up phone calls, we received no further communication or resolution from McLendon's. Nevertheless, the remaining balance of $3,100 was charged to our account without our authorization or consent and without any resolution."

"It went very well. estimator was very thorough explaining everything about the system, its part and options, and the procedure. Installation was very quick and efficient. He did a great job keeping the existing room clean and free from debris. We are very pleased with the photovoltaic night light. Wasn't sure if we would like it but we do. The only part we are disappointed with is WHY DIDN'T WE DO THIS SOONER. We plan to add more lights in other areas in the future. We both highly recommend the product and the folks at Northwest Natural Lighting."

"I'm very happy with the work and price for the 2 times I hired Amigo Gutters. Tomas was super quick to respond both times, showing up the next day after I messaged them to make an estimate, and then getting the job done within a week later. The first time was to clean out my gutters and install gutter guards to fix them getting clogged by leaves, and left me a telescoping brush to easily clean them myself going forward, which came in handy the next fall. The next time was to clean moss growth on my roof and reroute a gutter drain, and they left my roof looking almost new again and fixed a gutter drainage problem left by the initial installers. Overall I'm very pleased with Tomas and his crews work after repeat business, which was done at a great price, and would greatly recommend them to others."

"We were very happy with T & N Quality Building. They remodeled our kitchen for us, and it turned out great. Mark came out and gave us a quote, and he managed the project. The same 3 guys, Russ, Craig and Colin, did the work. We really liked that it was the same team of guys that did the work from start to finish so we didn't have too many different people coming in and out of the house and it helped with consistency and communication. We also liked that Mark was very professional and understanding when there were "hiccups" such as an issue with the fireclay sink that I ordered and some items that I ordered were delayed, and he was patient with us on that. There was also an issue with the wine rack that was built in, and he helped troubleshoot that issue professionally. Overall, the remodel was speedy even with the issues that arose. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a remodel, the price quoted was fair, we interviewed many contractors and their quote was not the cheapest but not out of line either and we wanted quality, and I feel we got just that."
