"The Patriot roofing crew that replaced my roof was very professional. Alan the lead of the crew was very good at answering all of my many questions. I did my research very thoroughly and knew that Patriot Roofing was a first rate quality roofing company. I was certain that my roof would be installed and replaced per the 5 star warranty that was offered to me. They made sure that the proper ventilation between the soffits and the ridge vent was done per the manufacturing shingle requirements. Alan the lead was very knowledgeable, and made sure the crew completed my roof with the highest quality standards. It is extremely important that your roofing contractor install your roof per the manufacturer's warranty requirements or your warranty will be nahl and void. I was certain from observing the Patriot Roofing team that I would not have to worry about the quality of my roof installation. I purchased my own skylights and had issues with the quality of the skylight that I purchased from home depot. .Which caused me to return the skylights multiple times. Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. The salesman was very professional and this was evident in the detail and quality of the roof replacement estimate. I received at least 5 different bids from other roofing companies and no company came even close to Patriot roofings quality and professionalism in their roof replacement estimate. Patriot roofing has some of the best roofing Reviews of all the Roofing companies in Washington. Patriot Roofing will not be the cheapest bid that you will receive nor will it be the most expensive bid you will receive. But I can tell you from my direct experience that Patriot will give you a fair bid with the added bonus of doing the roof installation per all of the very stringent 5 star certainteed material requirements."

"Three Tree Roofing replaced our cedar shake roof with new asphalt shingle composition roof and sheathing. They were not the cheapest bid, but we gave them the contract as I felt they would try to hit a higher quality bar. CJ and Neil are an excellent team and did not disappoint us, very responsive and strive really hard to beat the customer expectations. Jose and his crew did a really good job, especially paying great attention to daily cleanups etc. We selected the LandMark Pro option from Certainteed. We are really happy with the end result and given the long warranty, hoping that we never have to call them again :-)"

"When it came to needing to replace our premium shake roof, I sought an outstanding company, using a premium product, at a fair price, who inspired my belief that they were going to back up their work. Honesty, Integrity, and a Work Ethic are traits that I have always sought. I found all of those characteristics, and values, in Integrity Roofing (Poulsbo) after having performed my due diligence, with four quotes from the areaâ s most respected roofing companies. Integrity Roofing won my confidence, and my business, with a very competitive quote. On the day that work began we chose to upgrade our skylights to operable skylights, and that change order was handled in a timely manner. After having the cedar shake roofing removed, plywood sheeting installed, and Malarkey Windsor roofing installed, I can report that everyone performed to my high expectations. Tony was my estimator; Steve mitigated a leak in our old roof to get us through the winter leak-free, per my choice to roof in the spring; Scott managed the production; and â Todoâ sâ crew delivered a quality, professional, installation. I especially want to thank each and every one of the individuals on â Todoâ sâ crew. "I had a great experience with this company - this is a longer review but the short version is they were wonderful and I would recommend them without hesitation. The longer version: Curtis was extremely responsive when I contacted him regarding a leak both by phone and by coming out the next day to evaluate the issue. They were also able to get the repair done relatively quickly considering my leak showed up the same time everyone else’s did right after our 1st big rain storm of the season. DHT was one of three companies that came out to give me a quote and this inspection was the most thorough; he checked all of the attic spaces in addition to the roof to make sure there were no other leaks that I just hadn’t seen yet. He was also the most respectful when explaining the issues to me, including showing me pictures from his inspection. DHT’s price point was midway between the other two quotes I received. More importantly, one of the companies that came out seemed pretty unconcerned whether or not I excepted their bid, while the other told me I needed an entire roof replacement for multiple “issues.” Neither of the other two companies were thorough enough to check the attic for additional concerns. When I asked Curtis about his thoughts on whether a roof replacement was necessary immediately and/or a good idea right now, he was very clear that there were some issues that needed to be fixed but that the roof could last several years with good maintenance and proactive work. He also was very honest with me when I tried to schedule a service that he thought was not appropriate for this time of year at a potential loss for his own business. Lastly, there were remaining materials after they completed the repair and they left those behind for me so that I would have them if something else came up at no additional cost. Having had my fair share of disappointing contractors, it’s nice to have someone I can refer others to without hesitating. There’s something to be said for a locally owned company that’s seems to be very invested in growing their business through solid work an excellent customer service."

"Jeffery went above and beyond for me, submitting information to my corrupt insurance company, trying to get them to understand the damages to my roof were caused by weather, mot just old age. But even when my claim was denied he worked out a deal for me. The roof was done in one day, and they cleaned up the debris out of the yard. Only the gutter is left to install, by their other crew. I'm very satisfied with Apex Roofing!"

I chose Atlas Roofing, originally located in Long Beach. Berry not only took the time to explain materials and confirm that all underlayment would comply with warranty specifications, but he demonstrated honesty by not trying to oversell me. (good quality material vs good quality 3D aesthetically pleasing). The job was completed on time, work was done in a very clean and professional manner and it was an overall incredibly positive experience. Neighbors have complimented the job and the roof. I appreciate that Berry kept to the contracted schedule and payments were made incrementally after work was being done. I would definitely recommend Atlas Roofing."
