"Cody was knowledgeable about the jobs I needed done and seemed to have no trouble fixing the problems. He cleaned up the gutter and patio roof debris and depostied it at the curb. I was raking leaves during the time and he jumped in and blew the leaves out of my front yard for me.  
I thought  he was professional, polite, and did what he said he was going to do. I also thought his fee for the services was more than fair. I actually paid him more than he asked because I was very happy with his work.

"Once they finally got here they did an excellent job. They were careful not to damage anything under where they were working. They did a really good job of cleaning lawn, walk, driveway, and roof after they were done trimming. They even cut a few limbs my wife wanted down, that were not mentioned on the original estimate. But the job was delayed two weeks beyond originally scheduled date, at least once because cleaning up storm damage elsewhere took priority over scheduled non-emergency work, and once because of equipment breakdown. Every delay seemed justified. But I wish they had been a little more pro-active in letting me know about delays. They should have called me sooner when they realized they could not get to me when promised."
