"I was contacted by Jesse with Antietam roofing, we kept missing each other but he called back and got in touch with me to make sure that he understood what I needed done. he gave me a timeframe that he would be able to do it because he was so busy, but he surprised me by calling me at work and said he would stop by since he’d be my area & check my roof & hopefully work on it if he was able to get to it since he had so many. He checked my roof and before I knew it, he and his guys they got up there did everything lickety-split and was done so yes I would highly recommend him and his company ."

"I received 8 competitive bids for a full roof replacement on our 1901 Victorian B&B. We chose Exterior Solutions LLC, whose bid was 28% below the average. The 4,000 sq ft project included removing 35-year-old asphalt shingles, installing all new plywood sheathing, and updating roof venting. The roof has over 45 facets with a predominant pitch of 10/12, making it a challenging job. John A. and his team did an outstanding job installing CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles. John scheduled the work while our B&B was closed and ensured the roof was sealed before any rain. He worked closely with our neighbors to minimize disruptions. "Completed Exteriors, LLC exceeded my expectations of a superior job replacing my roof. They even replaced 7 areas of my rotting roof and replaced it with new boards. They are licensed, insured and completely legitimate. In my personal opinion they gave me honest competitive estimates without trying to take advantage of me. My only advice that I can give you is to get at least 5 or 6 estimates before you choose. Complete Exteriors gave me about the same bid as 2 others companies. Don t sign any contracts until you received all your bids plus written estimates, plus have the actual funds available. I chose Complete Exteriors because there was no sales pressure, they seemed better prepared and gave more than one option to choose from the cheapest to the a better quality shingle on my house. I choose option 2 which was a better warranty, better quality shingle. The other 2 companies only gave me one option, too much sales pressure and too eager to push me to sign a binding contract after 3 business days. These two companies were just way too hungry to get my business and that gave me red flags to hold off. I checked out Complete Exteriors and found out that this company would sponsor and donate money for school sports events so kids can have the right equipment to play sports is okay is in my book. They gave back to the community and I like that."

"I first utilized HCR in the August/September time frame. The sales rep., Robin was very pleasant. She did not come off as a high pressure sales person. We engaged in conversation. Her demo of windows was great. I placed an order an order for nine (9) windows to be installed. Due to the supply chain shortage, I did not receive my product and installation until January. Robin had apprised me of this delay upon our initial meeting. The installers were punctual and worked diligently. They installed the windows in one day. I did observe a rip in one of the screens. I placed a call to HCR to inform them of my observation. They said they would replace the screen, which they did in a very timely fashion. I reached out to Robin in September 2022, as I was ready to commence installation of the remainder of the windows, which in total was twelve (12). Robin arrived at my residence. She did the demo and I signed for the purchase. The targeted date for installation was set. There was a brief delay due to the type of living room windows I have - palladium and they are in two pieces. I received a call on or about January 16/17, 2023, apprising me that my windows are in. I set a date for installation - January 24, 2023, with a window of arrival time between 8-11 a.m. The four installers arrived @ 8:30. The immediately commenced to work. They put down a heavy covering for the floors and went at it until completion @ about4ish. I am extremely satisfied with HCR. As you can see, I am a “repeat” customer. I highly recommend them. I saw in one review someone said that they use unlicensed installers. Like any company, they have to go through extensive training and most individuals are not very knowledgeable about their job. They receive training ."
