We chose to just get a spring cleaning and a shot of freon instead of going with the whole unit. The quality and professionalism were fine. "Everything went very well. <br />Two men arrived at 8:30 am to begin replace a twenty year old furnance AC unity. <br />They were informed by the sales rep on what was to be done and I explained what obsticles they may encounter under the house. <br />The old unit had a bad A coil and was leaking water into a closet behind the furnance/AC and damaged the floor. <br />Since the floor had to be replaced, I allowed them to cut a hole in the floor to get better access to the crawl space. <br />There was a lot to be done to put the new system to proper code. <br />The gas line had to be replaced, new drain line, inspect and replace any bad 6" ducts under the house. With so much work the crew of two increased to five by the end of the day to make sure the job got done right and on time. <br /> <br />Without going into further detils of the work that had to be done I can't say enough for the people who work for Brackett. They are exceptional, experienced, curtious and very proffesional. I will recommend Brackett to anyone. They are a top knotch company. <br /> <br /> <br />"
