"The end result was not a Retaining Wall, as this implies. I hired KCS to install 4 Wing Walls with Headwalls. They did a great job, as the pictures will reflect. If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

He arrived promptly at 9 am reviewed the work and gave a very reasonable quote...at least it was what I had in mind. He was very polite, personable and professional and he did a great job. I highly recommend Bruce for any masonry work you may have. In this case he cleaned off old mortar from about 20 bricks that had been knocked loose from a brick wall and reset them. "Diego and Eber from Nprados Concrete LLC did an amazing job creating me a front porch. They are 2 of the hardest working men that you'll ever meet. It was a small job but made harder by the rocks and dirt they had to get rid of, and they did it with shovels. The cost was very reasonable and most of the work was completed in 2 very hot days. I have one minor problem with the retaining wall but they will be coming back to correct it. As of right now, I'm still very happy with the results. I'm giving them an A+ review. So I filled out a request with Fernandez Construction and within 20mins I had a response and Rene came out same day to give an estimate on a driveway addition and a pad in the back yard. Came out two days later and started the job took about a week total due to weather but everything looks amazing I am very happy with the company and the product.
