"The CC Tree Experts did a wonderful job for us in removing a very large tree that was in a difficult spot in our backyard. I was impressed by Chris when, after responding quickly, he came to the house to do an estimate. He was clear on what he thought needed to be done, but also said another large tree on my property was healthy and did not need trimming. Chris explained how the job would be done and provided evidence of workman’s compensation insurance, which I requested before the job was done. The crew members were very professional and patient with my questions on the steps they would take and then how they were operating. I worked from home, but snuck periodic looks to see how they were bringing down a tree that might have been 70-feet tall. I also had them grind the stump. They cleaned up very thoroughly. "I have been looking for someone to do this kind of work for a while since it doesn't make sense for me to own and maintain my own log splitter and manual splitting is not feasible.  I burn wood, and have large trees taken down from time to time (as do many of my neighbors). It makes no sense to pay to have felled trees hauled away, and then to buy firewood. 
I emailed Trevor with pics and a volume estimate of the wood I needed processed. He responded promptly with an estimate, his conditions, and a date. I accepted, and, without further ado, Trevor and assistant showed up at the agreed upon time. He quickly understood what I needed done and proceeded with the work efficiently, without any need for further discussion or direction. I was able to completely concentrate on some other work that I had to do.
A second work day (completed last week) went equally smoothly. A good plan, well-executed, at a fair price is how I summarized it.
