"James was great! From the day he came to give the estimate, to job completion, he answered all questions and was extremely knowledgeable. Prompt and completed exactly what needed to be done. Cleaned up and left no debris behind. A great crew! Would recommend to anyone."

"The two men who showed up were very polite.  They worked quickly and did a beautiful job cleaning the leaves from behind my garage, my flower beds and lawn.  I have many trees so there were plenty of leaves.  They blew them neatly into a pile where they could be picked up by my town's leaf truck.  I was extremely pleased with their work and would most definitely use them again.

"Joe and his team were great. We had them do a few different jobs, they took care of a lot of brush that was blocking our views and removed a few trees. They also aerated and seeded our lawn. Always on time and reasonably priced."

"It went well. We had a weather delay, but he stayed in touch with us and then showed up when he said and did the work in the timeframes he promised. We were and continue to be very happy with his work.

FAQs for trees & shrubs treat, protect and maintain projects in Bordentown, NJ

A tree doctor or tree surgeon is another term for an arborist. The term is more common in places like the United Kingdom. They are professionals trained to plant, care for, maintain, diagnose, and remove trees of all kinds. Tree doctors have specialized knowledge to ensure the health and safety of trees.

Arborists are tree care specialists who plan, maintain, and enhance the health of trees with expert precision. They prune, diagnose diseases, treat pest infestations, remove hazardous limbs, and manage debris cleanup while developing comprehensive landscaping plans. They also handle tree planting and work with landscape professionals to ensure long-term tree vitality and safety.

Consulting arborists are tree experts who can advise homeowners and business owners on the right trees to plant, how to care for existing trees, and what to do about trees that appear to be sick or pose a safety threat. A consulting arborist may work with local landscape architects, investment property owners, city governments, developers, and other arborists.

An arborist may be able to save a dying tree. If you notice that your tree suddenly appears to be sick or is exhibiting unusual behavior, contact an arborist immediately. They will thoroughly inspect the tree to determine what might be wrong with it—and will let you know if it’s possible to save the tree and how to do it.

Verifying an arborist’s credentials is crucial for reliable tree care. Arborists must be licensed by their state and hold certifications from reputable organizations such as the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). Request proof of licensing and certification, and review local recommendations to ensure you are hiring a professional who meets high industry standards and adheres to strict safety protocols.
