George Anguiano was friendly and communicative during the project, and even promised to come back for a follow-up walkthrough and to seal the concrete or suggest how it should be done if we wanted to do it ourselves to save money, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, after the job was done, he never followed through. Despite multiple calls, texts, and emails over the course of several weeks (even months), we never heard back.
