"When we decided to update and refresh our condo in the Marina District, we got bids from several contractors. We felt that Luis, from R. M. Design, best understood our vision, his bid was reasonable, and his timeframe for starting the work coincided with our schedule. We very much appreciated that throughout the process Luis listened to our ideas while also giving us his expert advice. We know what we like, but he has a good eye and lots of experience. We know that his input and suggestions greatly improved the outcome of our project. We have always loved our place, but now we love it so much more. Also, Luis and his crew worked very well with our HOA association which has several rules and regulations regarding contractors and improvements. We had no complaints from the HOA nor our neighbors. "Man was 5 minutes late. We had the baseboards on hand. No other material was needed. He finished the job in 50-55 minutes. Did a Excellent job. He could not give me cost of job at this time. We were billed $250.00. After a few calls to office they reduced the invoice to $200.00 for less than 1 hours work. We have used them over the years for our home in Lemon Grove ( shutters and carpets). Also at our home in La Mesa for complete window coverings. Will no longer use them or REFER THEM TO OUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS!"
