I AM A SMALL COMPANY WITH NO FULL TIME EMPLOYESS.I HAVE PAINTED ALMOST EVERYTHING AND CAN HANDLE SMALL AND LARGE JOBS. AT THIS TIME I DO NOT WORK IN TEXAS.

"We had a great experience with them. From the estament to the payment. I live in the northeast and there was no problem with communication the whole time. It was 95 during the day, and they worked thru it. They replaced the bottom 4 feet of siding all the way around the house, Primed and painted to change colors. We apricate all they did for us in a timely manner. House looks great."

As a locally owned and operated business we feel invested in our clients and constantly strive for customer satisfaction. We won't leave until the job is done right! Call or click to schedule an estimate today!

"Everyone was nice enough but, didn't follow through to what was expected. It was a fight until the bitter end and still, things weren't done correctly. Nails are left on the walls and painted over instead of removed, spackled, sanded, and painted. When I pointed this out, they just removed the nails and didn't spackle and paint over. Painted over wallpaper in bathrooms but didn't bother to float. They tried to charge me additional to have it done correctly. They redid the bathrooms but failed to complete them as they should have been (some seams still showing). The slab was not leveled before installing the flooring. Sanded ceiling instead of scraping popcorn ceiling, so white dust was and still is everywhere. Instead of using the paint color, I requested they just painted all trim white! The 3/4-inch round has chunks cut out of it and it was not fixed. Forgot to install electrical outlet covers to walls and acted like I asked for their first-born child to do so. The threshold for bathroom tiles and laminate flooring was not installed and when they did, they cracked the tile in the bathroom. Instead of letting me know, I guess they just hoped I wouldn't notice. Overall, just sub-par work. If pride had been taken in the work done and performed properly, they would have finished sooner and made a profit. Just sub-par work. I have another contractor coming in to fix what was not completed properly. I would not recommend nor hire again."

"Worse paint job I have ever had, crew of young kids with a spray gun over spraying EVERYTING, nothing was covered, no drop cloths even though I had plastic drop cloths, old curtains, and moving blankets, noting was used or asked for. The following morning I just felt like crying, all walls in living room and ceiling have brown overspray, all floors covered with overspray. Painters came with zero painters’ supplies, I gave them rags, brushes, tape, pre-taped paper that they did not know how to properly use. One used our formal dining table as workbench and scratched it (had recently had it refinished) Brown overspray on China Cabinet, side tables, bedroom furniture, it all had to be sanded and refinished. Home was recently purchased and had been recently painted and now am having to paint it all because it looks like crap. After a month of working every AM & evenings wiping floors with Lacquer Thinner and repainting all the poor work they did as they did not even use the my flood lights I had handy to see paint coverage as the base beige can be seen through the new white. Missed all the sides and base of windows sills and door frames, I was told “we’ll go over them” they never did. I am painting it all over. Had to repaint the fireplace white as they over sprayed brown paint all over. Why would they paint dark brown beams last over freshly painted ultrawhite? I let the “Professionals” do their work. All the work that I had meticulously done on trim ruined with overspray and need to do all over again. Complete disregards to personal property, wife’s black Coach shoes and Uggs covered in white overspray, my new Cowboy boots over sprayed with white paint, bathroom green cabinet has white overspray and had to repaint. Painters had no clue on what they were doing just rushing through every room without any regards to personal property. Wife and I could not keep up following them moving things around and trying to cover items but they would not even ask for anything just rushing through. New covered couch they were lounging on had it uncovered and painted white, luckily I caught it and cleaned white paint line with lacquer thinner before paint caked on it. Ceilings are flat white, now all bedrooms have a semi-gloss white border so need to repaint ceilings Already used over 3 gallons of Lacquer Thinner to remove overspray and still on going. I ended teaching one kid how to apply blue tape. Owner mostly sat not supervising and tinkering with phone. NO CLEANUP at all, nothing was wiped before spraying so there is paint over dirt and wood shavings so paint just peels off. Have been sanding baseboards and repainting all. Gave them several nice new brushes, only used one straight edge to do trim (wrong brush?) and tossed in trash after use and took all the other my new ones along with my long straight edge tool, glass cleaning blade, box of nitrile gloves.\ Borrowed my battery operated paint sprayer because theirs got clogged and left behind with paint uncleaned. The job was not finished, over half gallon white paint left and was told that is for touchup! Have been repainting pretty much all and more for over a week and weeks ahead of more work. I was better off doing the work myself without any collateral damage. I can’t even figure out how they managed to overspray outside fence that I just rebuilt and stained and the outside of French doors that where green now have white and had to repaint. They moved a heavy safe without sliders that I had handy and scratched the floor. They spent over 3 hours to paint 7 window sills and double door and missed a LOT of areas and painted the frames that now I have to clean. I spent a lot of time taping edges and glass on doors, removed all inside doors & seals and hardware to make their job easier. During planning I was told, we can shave brick on fireplace, shave door frames to fit new doors, paint and install the doors, endless promise of what they could do. Am glad I did the doors myself and kept in garage with all the new hardware. After seeing the work, I realized it was IMPOSSIBLE they could not have done the job. Was told this was a small job several times and they could not finish it. While they were making a mess, I painted the bedroom sill or I would have had one more window to clean from overspray. One small wall needed paint and now I have beige overspray border on ceiling and had to repaint ceiling. I had to buy again the items they took and supplies they wasted doing it all over myself. We can do all in “ONE DAY” was not even close. We are in rural area and came with no meals, wife was giving them food bars and sodas! I have never had painters that did not handle everything, I had to do a lot of work, if I did not cover my new deer horn chandeliers and ceiling fan, they would have painted them with brown overspray and had them ruined. This was a brush and roller job and were dead set on using a sprayer for all work. At end of day demanding Zelle cash payment and at that point I just wanted them GONE!!!"

Deck staining or paintings FAQs

When you paint your deck, you can choose any color, and cleanup is easy, but the paint hides the natural wood grain. Stain, on the other hand, lets the wood grain shine through, but requires more maintenance. The cost to seal a deck is about the same as painting. Consider your personal preferences to see which option benefits you most.

For bare wood or cement decks, you only need to clean the surface before applying the first coat of paint. If you're recoating an existing finish, you'll need to pressure wash the deck to remove chipped paint and debris. Either way, make sure to allow the surface to fully dry before moving forward; otherwise, the finish could peel.

A gallon of paint covers between 125 and 300 square feet, depending on its formula. Since your deck might need two coats of paint, for a standard 300-square-foot deck, you might need two to four gallons. If you're painting a pool deck, keep in mind that the specialized non-slip paint covers less area because the texturized material takes up more space in the can.

The cost to stain a deck ranges from $2 to $4 per square foot, which is similar to the average deck painting cost. For a 300- to 400-square-foot deck, you might pay from $600 to $1,600 for staining. After staining, it’s a good idea to seal the deck; sealing a deck costs $0.50 to $3 per square foot.

Yes, you can paint directly over old deck paint if the existing finish is in excellent condition. You should inspect the surface to ensure there's no cracking, peeling, or chipping before proceeding. If you notice any deterioration, you'll need to remove the compromised paint. Clean your deck thoroughly with a power washer, lightly sand any rough spots, and use the same type of paint to guarantee proper adhesion and long-lasting performance.

Yes, applying a coat of primer before painting your deck is essential unless you're using a combined 2-in-1 formula. Primer enhances the adhesion of the new paint, establishes a moisture barrier, and creates a smooth, uniform surface. Be sure to inspect your deck for any defects or old finishes, and use a high-quality primer to fully prepare the surface for a durable and pristine finish.
