"Any homeowner knows there are endless things to fix with any house. I worked with Joe last year to have my bathroom remodeled, my hardwood floors fixed, and other smaller tasks. When my ceiling started leaking last year, I called Joe and he got it taken care of. When I needed my driveway fixed, I called Joe. When I needed to replace my heater, I called Joe. Recently some family members needed some work done, and I put them through to Joe. When there was something he cannot do himself, he able to put me through with somebody else to get the job done. Joe is reliable, professional, and communicative. You cannot expect every project to buttery smooth, and I love that Joe excelled working with me to resolve problems that came up. Noone can foresee all the problems that will happen, but he will definitely work with you to fix issues even if they come up. He is somebody I trust to get the job done if anything happens; I cannot recommend him enough. If you are looking to work with somebody reasonable and professional and can give you honest and good recommendations to a solution, this is it."

"Any construction can be stressful, but with Liam and his team I was in good hands. I had some upgrades to one bathroom and a tub to shower conversion in the master bathroom. Liam was clearly very knowledgeable, and his workmanship in both bathrooms was impeccable. He answered all my questions, had great suggestions and was very responsive whenever I needed to contact him. The demo in the master was completed in a day, and the guys cleared everything after they finished. The tile work was meticulous and just beautiful. I highly recommend Liam Neary Construction."

"Looking forward to having D&S back for our next project! Sanfer and the crew were conscientious, flexible and tidy. Took our bathroom down to studs for a total makeover. External patching and painting of the siding, to accommodate the resized window, is seamless. Converting the bathroom door to a pocket door really opened up the space in our small family bathroom. Ultimately decided to have Sanfer expertly update the remaining doors on the same floor - replaced all door panels and installed new hardware. Looks fantastic! The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level.
