"Excellent! We hired Sanfer and his team after meeting with him a few times and checking references. We really liked his can-do attitude and flexibility. He was easy to talk to and had some design ideas that we chose over the architects. He is a strong builder, meaning he doesnt skimp on making it well made. That was important to me. He has a really great finish carpenter too. Shout out to Edgard! Our remodel was a 4 room, bathroom, 2 floor addition (now a walk out basement/first floor) to accommodate an inlaw apt on the ground floor and office and living room on the first. We also had a small elevator added between the two floors. The pricing was right down the middle compared to others. The elevator installers remarked that the hoistway was the best built they had worked with, which was important since it needed to be within a quarter inch of plumb at any point. We used Sanfer for other smaller add ons and would hire them again for a large or smaller job."

"Everything about the job that Mike Bauman and the Bauman Remodeling team did was SUPERIOR! We were in a position to need our bathroom remodeled, including walls, converting a tub to a shower, new lighting, new fixtures and complete tiling within a tight time frame. It started with Mike's responsiveness and positive approach to doing the job for us when most companies did not make themselves available. We also found that we could on his experience and good taste for design ideas. He managed to line up everyone (plumber, electrician, tiler) with precision so that the job was actually completed AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!! We couldn't be more pleased with the job they did, particularly the tile work. In the past, we've made the mistake of going with the least expensive quote and paid the price in poor workmanship. While Bauman Remodeling is not the least expensive, they are reasonable (not the most expensive quote either) and worth every penny to have quality workmanship and a beautiful bathroom! We're going to hire Bauman Remodeling for all our bath and kitchen remodeling in the future!"

"We hired Perry Bros for exterior updates to our home and were very pleased with the outcome of the project. The work involved removal of an elevated deck and 2 long brick walkways with steps, replacement of all exterior wood trim covering 3 floors above ground, construction of a new stone patio and walkways with steps, the rebuild of a screened porch (with custom-made doggy door and ramp), and exterior painting of the full structure and all trim. Workers showed up when scheduled, cleaned up well each day, and were respectful and courteous of us and our home. They worked diligently through more than one heatwave, keeping the project on schedule. We were always kept well informed of progress and the inevitable issues that arose and were provided with options to accommodate our budget and preferences. Communication with Bill Perry and project manager Mike was great whether by phone, email, or text. We’ve greatly enjoyed using the new outdoor space and have received many compliments on the appearance and quality of the work. We feel comfortable recommending Perry Bros and will not hesitate to hire again for future projects."

"Pedro and his guys were great- very professional, trustworthy, affordable, and a pleasure to work with. This was a large remodel and the end product turned out perfect. They were very accessible by phone, text, and email. For a large remodel, the area and the rest of the condo remained clean. They cleaned up each day, kept dust to a minimum, and protected areas not involved in the project. The project was finished in the timetable quoted. "Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."
