"Any homeowner knows there are endless things to fix with any house. I worked with Joe last year to have my bathroom remodeled, my hardwood floors fixed, and other smaller tasks. When my ceiling started leaking last year, I called Joe and he got it taken care of. When I needed my driveway fixed, I called Joe. When I needed to replace my heater, I called Joe. Recently some family members needed some work done, and I put them through to Joe. When there was something he cannot do himself, he able to put me through with somebody else to get the job done. Joe is reliable, professional, and communicative. You cannot expect every project to buttery smooth, and I love that Joe excelled working with me to resolve problems that came up. Noone can foresee all the problems that will happen, but he will definitely work with you to fix issues even if they come up. "Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"Excellent! We hired Sanfer and his team after meeting with him a few times and checking references. We really liked his can-do attitude and flexibility. He was easy to talk to and had some design ideas that we chose over the architects. He is a strong builder, meaning he doesnt skimp on making it well made. That was important to me. He has a really great finish carpenter too. Shout out to Edgard! Our remodel was a 4 room, bathroom, 2 floor addition (now a walk out basement/first floor) to accommodate an inlaw apt on the ground floor and office and living room on the first. We also had a small elevator added between the two floors. The pricing was right down the middle compared to others. The elevator installers remarked that the hoistway was the best built they had worked with, which was important since it needed to be within a quarter inch of plumb at any point. We used Sanfer for other smaller add ons and would hire them again for a large or smaller job."
