"Any homeowner knows there are endless things to fix with any house. I worked with Joe last year to have my bathroom remodeled, my hardwood floors fixed, and other smaller tasks. When my ceiling started leaking last year, I called Joe and he got it taken care of. When I needed my driveway fixed, I called Joe. When I needed to replace my heater, I called Joe. Recently some family members needed some work done, and I put them through to Joe. When there was something he cannot do himself, he able to put me through with somebody else to get the job done. Joe is reliable, professional, and communicative. You cannot expect every project to buttery smooth, and I love that Joe excelled working with me to resolve problems that came up. Noone can foresee all the problems that will happen, but he will definitely work with you to fix issues even if they come up. He is somebody I trust to get the job done if anything happens; I cannot recommend him enough. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"Excellent! We hired Sanfer and his team after meeting with him a few times and checking references. We really liked his can-do attitude and flexibility. He was easy to talk to and had some design ideas that we chose over the architects. He is a strong builder, meaning he doesnt skimp on making it well made. That was important to me. He has a really great finish carpenter too. Shout out to Edgard! Our remodel was a 4 room, bathroom, 2 floor addition (now a walk out basement/first floor) to accommodate an inlaw apt on the ground floor and office and living room on the first. We also had a small elevator added between the two floors. The pricing was right down the middle compared to others. The elevator installers remarked that the hoistway was the best built they had worked with, which was important since it needed to be within a quarter inch of plumb at any point. We used Sanfer for other smaller add ons and would hire them again for a large or smaller job."

"The Curtice Group completely designed and rebuilt my home. The house was an outdated 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home needing new electrical, plumbing and heating systems. Scott's group transformed it into a new four bedroom 4 bath house. To do something like this with virtually no hassle was amazing. I cannot say how pleased we are with everything. Everyone was professional, courteous, and accommodating."

"Antonio and his crew remodeled our front hall, completely relocated /
rebuilt our kitchen, and converted our 3 season porch into a heated
sun room. They did everything from the demo work to the final touches of
installing the back splash.
Antonio and his crew, (and I'm lumping in his
subs for the plumbing and electrical parts here), did an outstanding
job on our renovation project. Renovation projects can be stressful and
Antonio did a great job through the whole project. He was always
reachable when we had a question or a concern and always made it a
priority to make sure we were satisfied with the results. In some cases that meant working with us on what we wanted, leaving out samples for us to look at when we got home, or even sending picture text messages to make sure it's what we wanted before doing it. It's those types of things that make a big difference in the final result.
All renovation project encounter problems. In our case we had a few design
issues as well as delays with our counter tops that held up plumbing install and a few other things. First off these are problems that were not caused by
  Antonio's team but rather reinforce the need to hire a team like them who can help you through it and work around it.
Finding the right contractor is as much
about personality fit as it is about finding one with the right skill set. I'm going to level with you. My wife and I can be tough customers. An engineer and   and architectual designer by trade, I'll admit we can be picky about certain parts of the project. Maybe that's an understatement, I don't know, but more importantly I think that says something about our contractor. You have to Antonio for his patience, attention to detail and pride in his work. They were evident throughout the project and most importantly in the final result. I have no reservations about hiring him and his team again for future work to our home.

We were looking for someone to help with knocking down walls, gut renovating a kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as doing flooring and some work in bedrooms. This review pertains to the quote process. Eric Dutra was very responsive and professional throughout the process, offering insight and past experience as part of the quote. Furthermore, he gave a very detailed and transparent breakdown of the pricing on a line item basis. The pricing seemed very fair and jived with other quotes. we received. We ended up selecting another contractor due to time constraints, but would certainly look at D & R Construction for any future work."
