Some areas of fencing were not easily accessible due to landscaping but this did not compromise the quality of their work. Stain was rolled on instead of sprayed. Communication with Stuart via phone and email worked well. Without hesitation, would hire again."

They spent time with us discussing our paint color and had reference material to help us visualize what it would look like on our home. They offered flexibility and fairness when we changed our garage door color last minute, only charging for the paint, which I can easily use on other exterior projects. One of the most impactful aspects of working with them was their open communication. If the weather changed the schedule or anything came up, they would communicate that instead of going silent. If we had a question, they were understanding and responded promptly. The paint job itself is fantastic; the coating is even and thorough. The team took care of cleaning up afterward and made sure not to harm our garden. "I never post reviews but I am so impressed with Potts Painting I had to this time. I contacted Mr. Potts; owner of Potts Painting to give me an estimate for painting my house. He showed up on time and was very cordial. He has been in the painting industry for 38 years and is very knowledgeable and accommodating. His bid was very detailed, gave me options and was very price competitive. As I work, a lot of my communication with him was nights and weekends and he always responded quickly. His company policy is to pressure wash, caulk, sand, primer, paint and final walkthrough. His crew was excellent. They were very detailed, clean and took pride in their work. There were 2-3 guys that worked doing exactly what was promised. They answered all my questions and they too we very knowledgeable. Mr. Potts came to my house 4ish times just to sit with me to pick out colors and brought me samples that an employee put on the house for me and even left the samples. Even though there was a small hiccup (rain), they were at my house the next day and immediately took care of it. I am so impressed with Potts Painting; I even had them paint my daughter’s house in which she received the same superior service. I am so highly impressed with Potts Painting they will be the only ones to pain interior/exterior for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"
