"Unfortunately the work that was done wasn?t very high quality. The bid was for like or better materials but the job was done with lesser quality materials and materials that did not match what was previously on the house. When I asked Michael he said he would up charge me to match the gutter and trim material. My mistake was not getting everything in writing because Michael had difficulty remembering what work was to be done and up charged me for previously discussed work that was in the original bid. The painting that was done was one thin coat on material that required at least two, and the caulking was incomplete, which will require me to redo what was done. Also, when asked about some damage that was done to the siding and asked if he could come look at it, he cut off all communications. Even if I had before and after pictures I don?t think he would come back to fix the issues. It?s unfortunate that he doesn?t seem to feel a moral obligation to stand by his work. Quite cowardly."

"Stephen and Brian were great. Another 5 star review from a satisfied customer. Had 100+ ft of gutter to replace from the 80's. Upgraded to bigger, seamless gutters just in time for the rainy season. Gutters work great now. Even in some of these biblical downpours we get now and again. I'm sure cleaning the leaves out in a month or so will be much easier with the wider upgrade too. They gave me a very competitive bid, the work was done in a few hours, and the results are great. Brian even through in a few feet of free materials where it was needed to get the job done right. "Although, I?m very satisfied with how the gutters kept the leaves out this summer, I?m very, very disappointed on how it handles the snow. Because of this I wouldn?t recommend this system to anyone interested in getting Leafguard gutters."
