"AVOID!! TERRIBLE!! OH Studio charged us their top dollar for their top design package. That was 4.5 years ago and they've hardly done any of the work that they are obligated to complete. The package that we paid them to complete was the Full Remodeling Design Package, but all we got was a little bit of shopping (which was valued by them to be about 15% of the price we paid) and a small amount of otherwise decorating. The most complete work they did was the master and guest bathrooms. Some of the rooms didn't receive any attention at all even though we paid the full price for them and some of them weren't finished. We worked with Osnat and she clearly had no idea how to complete a professional design. Their website used to state that she had something like 12 years of experience, but this has suspiciously disappeared completely. Their website is also loaded with photos of other people's designs, but are displayed in a way to try to trick the user into thinking that this is their work."

Dor A., the project manager, was professional, offered great design suggestions, and helped us reimagine the space. A major benefit was that Jerezee’s uses in-house staff—everyone was punctual, respectful, and cleaned up daily. I also appreciated knowing exactly who would be coming each day. They don’t start until all materials are on-site, which keeps the project moving smoothly. Though I didn’t use their partner, Ferguson, to source materials, I appreciated the option. "On the day of the job, the Owner dropped off the workers who completed the job in one day. The workers were not supervised & placed new NON-matching pebbles in other areas on border of patio and the driveway. The pebbles were still protruding. The glaze was supposed to be smooth, however walking on the patio was not possible barefoot. I pointed this out to the owner & demanded another coat of glaze which he agreed with. Owner and I have been in contact, He assured me that that he would correct the black spots on the patio border as well as the large one on the driveway. He has informed me that he cannot find the correct color pebble to repair their mistake. This has been going on for 2 weeks. He keeps me waiting while he brings others with him to continuously analyze the situation. I am concerned that he will disappear without meeting his obligation."
