"My initial plan was to modernize my home but I wasn’t sure where to start and what to do, but after consulting with Alvaro Pardo and KREA Designs, he designed new finishes and proposed a full renovation project tailored to my budget. It took me some time to warm up to the idea of making bigger changes, but he was incredibly patient throughout the process. I renovated my bedroom, bathroom, living room and made small changes in the hall and kitchen. His contractors were kind, professional, and respectful, especially Harold Mendez, his carpenter, who created elegant and customized furnitures. Alvaro kept me updated about the progress of the renovation and took care of everything, so I didn’t have to worry, but consulting me any changes or last minute decisions. He was also very open to feedback, including suggestions from my family. I’m very happy with the results, and my place now looks modern and cozy. "I highly recommend ANF kitchen and bath remodeling for a remodel project. ANF was extremely helpful in coming up with a design for our kitchen and dining area that met our familyâ s needs, better used the space, and was beautiful. They answered all of our questions about the process, the design, the cost, the schedule, etc. (and we had a lot!). And their responsiveness and helpfulness continued throughout the entire project: they provided helpful recommendations on products, quickly and effectively handled all issues that arose, and kept us informed of our options (e.g., they discovered there was not insulation in a part of our ceiling, the first quartz slab for the island had a small crack). They were flexible and accommodated our schedule, including scheduling some work on Saturdays that we would be out of town to minimize disruption to our life. "Adding and remodeling a house, while you are living in it can be stressful, that is why when it was time to add a new family room, garage and remodeling the kitchen, I interviewed several builders and requested multiple quotes. But when we met Jimmy Jimenez, owner and principal at MESCO, I felt immediate confidence that they will do the job right and for the right price. Although MESCO has an architect, we already had our blueprints. Jimmy’s team was the best I could have wish for, they went above and beyond, they follow the blueprints of the design and materials to the T. I called them the special forces of construction, they have a can-do attitude and were able to solve problems on the go, all with the highest quality in mind. We lived in the house while they were doing all this work, and they did it in only 7 weeks, which was almost nothing in comparison with other constructions in our neighborhood, MESCO was the fastest and certainly the BEST. Can't have enough words of praise and gratitude to Jimmy Jimenez and his team for an amazing job. After a couple of weeks, it felt like Uncle Jimmy was the one renovating our home, he took care of us like if we were family, his team went above and beyond what they were hired for.
