"Ben Hughes and the entire Cadence Custom Cabinetry were a terrific team to work with for our entire project which included: a full kitchen demo and remodeling, including custom cabinets, a powder room makeover, new flooring throughout the three level home, new staircase railings, and a complete gut/remodel for the family entertainment room with wet bar. We were especially impressed with their creativity and customization during the design phase. They were respectful of our project budget from the beginning; helping us select materials and develop the appropriate project scope to stay on track throughout the project. They were transparent about keeping track of the overall project budget and the changes that we had to make along the way to make sure that the overall project was exactly what we wanted. At the conclusion we found that they were eager and responsive to the final 'walk through' items to make sure that even the smallest details were completed as we had imagined. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Work looks good.  Kept the area reasonably clean at the end of each day.  Was reasonably on time (who in Miami is ever "on time"?)  Quiet, efficient, courteous, flexible with my needs.  Assisted with the appliance removal and installations.

At the end of the day, chose Sears for it's reliability, dependability, and warranty, both on materials and labor.  Didn't need to coordinate any subcontractors, didn't need to adjust my schedule because they "had to finish another job".  If anyone thinks the price was a bit high, how much is peace of mind worth?"
