"AVOID!! TERRIBLE!! OH Studio charged us their top dollar for their top design package. That was 4.5 years ago and they've hardly done any of the work that they are obligated to complete. The package that we paid them to complete was the Full Remodeling Design Package, but all we got was a little bit of shopping (which was valued by them to be about 15% of the price we paid) and a small amount of otherwise decorating. The most complete work they did was the master and guest bathrooms. Some of the rooms didn't receive any attention at all even though we paid the full price for them and some of them weren't finished. We worked with Osnat and she clearly had no idea how to complete a professional design. Their website used to state that she had something like 12 years of experience, but this has suspiciously disappeared completely. Their website is also loaded with photos of other people's designs, but are displayed in a way to try to trick the user into thinking that this is their work."

"Absolute Paradise – Absolutely Amazing! After the first visit with Steve, my wife and I knew he was who we wanted to do our lawn transformation. Steve explained several options and costs where we arrived at a preliminary design followed by an estimate for the work. After quite a bit of research and deliberation my wife and I decided to move forward albeit with several modifications to the initial design. Steve explained various cost options for our modifications and brought out his team lead, Sean, to assist with design details. During their work process Steve and Sean suggested changes to improve aesthetics and usability for our family and pet. As they moved forward Steve was very hands-on and verified our satisfaction and any changes we desired. He also discussed cost options as we found we wanted several additions to our design. At every suggestion of ours, Steve and his team over-delivered. At one point, I asked for a significant change to the putting green after they had begun its installation. Steve, Sean, and team redid the green installation changing the surface elevation to meet my request. I observed Sean was meticulous in building the retaining walls as they are perfectly level in both dimensions and turned out beautiful. Steve was also on his hands and knees ensuring the grass was installed perfectly and that every plant was chosen and placed accurately. Steve suggested accent and path lighting that added beauty and safety. Sean and his team (Pono and Henry) were very professional, honest, and respectful throughout this process. They cleaned up after themselves and answered every one of my questions. We were very satisfied with the cost and there were no surprises. I can say I have never experienced any business so concerned with the quality of their work and our satisfaction with the outcome. I recommend Steve, Sean, and team without reservation."
