"Raul (owner) called Thursday nite (6/8/19) to set up appointment for Friday (6/9/19) at 11:00am. By 2:00pm, he hadn’t called to cancel/say he was running late or anything. Therefore I called HIM and he’d forgotten. Not cool when I’m waiting for him to get here. He sent his brother Adalberto, to service this. He was here when he said he’d be here, got started immediately and within about 2-3 hours had everything finished! I’m very satisfied, and would use again. However, When he got here, gave $200 as the price for the job. When leaving, he said it’s $250!! I broached him and said why the price change and he said “oh thats right! I DID say $200.” Wanted payment in cash “for the brothers for weekend”. Luckily I had it; however NO RECEIPT WAS GIVEN! They just need to communicate properly."

"Ron was great on the phone. I sent him some pictures and moments later, I had a quote! His quote was reasonable and better than the other people I had contacted. I thought maybe when they get to my house they will charge me more, but no, it was the quoted price! The workers were quick, and cleaned up any mess! Ron originally said the work would be done Monday or Tuesday. I was surpised when they came to do the work one day later (thursday), instead of the following week."
