"Portland, Maine: LeafFilter installed in the gutters (July 2025) and put the downspout in an area that brings more water to the home. Therefore, causing water to come in the basement. I have tried numerous times to get them to call, and work on this problem, but if they reply back, it is asking me where i would put the downspout. I hired them to bring water away from the house, and paid them for their expertise, which appears to be limited. They basically come out to make the sale, and there is no support after. I have tried to work with them numerous times and they do not return calls; if you are lucky to get a call back, they tell you what they would not do. They should have mapped this out appropriately from the beginning when the sales person was here. I am still trying to work this out, but meanwhile i have a situation that i did not have before. I strongly recommend you do not go with this company. "

So I had a few other companies come out and I didn't have a great feeling about it. Zeke from Crawford Construction was very personable, straight forward, and fast. From the moment he pulled into my driveway and shook my hand to the last day of work, I was always in the know and the crew kept my yard clean and got the job done so fast I couldn't believe it.
