"sent people over that did not know what they was suppose to do. owner would show up at dark to remove work his workers did. he would work with a light on his head. instead of fixing leak he made it worst he also cover up rotten wood with new wood. did more damage than had already to home. had to hire a new contractor to remove his work and do job right. new contractor charged me to remove all his work due to poor workmanship. new contractor wrote letter stating this. filed a complaint with the BBB as to this date a month later he has not responded to them. he did this to my mom a 84 year old women. charged he 2511.00 dollars. do not hire this contractor he will do more damage than repair."

Been in business over 25 years. We do sub-contracting all over the Louisiana area. We do work orders and invoices. Payments are due once a job is completed.

This business is a single ownership business. The owner of the business is the salesman, and applicator. With that said, our rates are lower than most of our competitors. We don't have to pay for a salesman or an applicator. We have been in the insulation business for nearly 6 years. We accept checks and cash. Estimates are free. "Terrible. I paid a 50% deposit to grade, install drainage, and then put in a new patio, play-area, and turf putting green at my home. They were very responsive and eager when trying to get the business, and over-communicated and offered a discount on services because they were “trying to fill a hole in their schedule”. After paying a 50% deposit, it was verbally agreed that work would start the following week, but then they said they could not get materials. There were intermittent text communications through the following month, with Riverbank (Riverbend) repeatedly committing to new start-dates which were then missed and rescheduled for later. When we scheduled phone calls to discuss specific project timelines and parameters, Riverbank blew off the meetings. I have given them multiple opportunities to commit to start-dates and complete the project, and yet they have failed to show up and do any work, or even respond to voicemails and texts in a remotely professional manner. They have held my deposit for 2+ months now, have not done ANY work and have missed all agreed-upon deadlines and commitments to communicate. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently taking steps to retrieve my deposit back. Will update this review if things are resolved."
