I challenge anyone to find a contractor better than Jim Longden. He responded quickly to do an estimate, was professional, personable, and did a great job in a short amount of time for a price that was very affordable. Jim told me he could do it in one day, and it took him one day. He gave me an affordable price, and stuck to that price. He was clean in his workspace, no mess, and was respectful of the existing structure, like the hard wood floor. Joshua explained options of repair vs. new installation, and I ultimately opted for the new install. Job included old tile demo/removal and install. Work was done on schedule, on budget, and communication with Joshua was great. Overall an easy experience, fair price, and I love the new floor."
