Received compliments from some of the neighbors already. One of the most important characteristics with this landscaping company is that they communicate. They were originally supposed to be here this Wednesday and or Friday, but they got behind schedule due to the rain, which we understand. The foreman communicated this to me via several phone calls, and rescheduled to Monday or Tuesday, which was much appreciated. That said, they pleasantly surprised us as they bumped their schedule to accommodate us and did the job this past Saturday, July 16th. We were thrilled! "They delivered the mulch on time. However they will not put the mulch in the yard, it must be on the driveway. The delivery man informed me that the Owner wouldn't allow it because he had a truck sink in a yard more than likely in a shallow septic system leaching field. I could understand that as long as the homeowner didn't know their own yard. It just made it very difficult for me being a 60+ year old to shovel it onto a wheelbarrow and get it across the yard. Other than that, the mulch is of excellent quality and lasted quite a long time."

"First task was to determine optimum design of mulch bed. Once we agreed on design, work commenced to clean existing bed, trim existing shrub, plant additional shrubs, plant one small tree and finally mulch entire bed. Scott and his team showed up on time and basically worked most of day to achieve this goal. Scott also provided helpful information regarding care of new plants and tree.
Revitalizing lawn was a more difficult task. Scott took the time to explain what steps needed to take and in what sequence to maximize results. He also suggested best time in fall to start this process. We agreed on steps and start date. Again Scott's team showed up on time worked most of the day where they dethatched, aerated, placed loam on portions of lawn, planted seed and finally fertilized. Scott provided instructions for watering and mentioned the importance of following these instruction. Scott also checked progress of job after completion to help with any potential issues.
I am very pleased with results and grateful to work with a pro like Scott.
