"I wanted a certified and experienced professional to handle my new roof installation and I found him. Mr Hamby and his roofing crew got the job done right and exceeded my expectations. All of the materials used are of a higher quality than the original roof. When the old roof was removed he also found some rotted decking because the roofers that put on the original roof did not seal up their toe board holes. He fixed the decking and I am relieved that I do not have to worry about things like that with the roof he installed! I highly recommend Mr Hamby for a roof repair or entire roof replacement."

"Several years ago I used T&J Exteriors to replace 3 or 4 windows on a recently purchased home, so I contacted them again when I decided to replace the rest. My first experience was great; the owner met with me to determine what I needed and to answer questions. After the installation, he called to make sure I was happy with the product and service. My second experience was different; I had to leave a few messages before I heard back from the owner. He told me that he subcontracted out all his window jobs, saying someone would be out to measure. The man who did the measuring and the man who actually installed my windows were professional and competent, and I love the quality the windows. After the job was completed I did not contacted by the anyone to see if I was satisfied, but about a week later I got a call asking for payment. Maybe I am just old school but I believe spending more than $5,000 with a company entitles me to at least a "thank you for your business"."

"For the first job in 2013 they showed up on time and got the job done quickly and safely. We have a very high steep roof. I would recommend them to others. Price was also reasonable given the height and pitch of our roof. <br /> We decided not to hire them in early 2015 for the replacement of the section of the roof because they kept pushing us to file an insurance claim stating that it could have been from storm damage.  The price they wanted was high and they continuously mentioned that we should work through insurance even after I stated we did not want to open an insurance claim. <br />"

I was sent a slew of literature without knowing what type of shingle I was to refer to in order to choose the color. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />My last effort was calling Horizon Roofing to speak with the sales manager.  The receptionist answered the phone on speaker.  I was not inclined to tell her what was going on because I didn?t want to express my dissatisfaction on speaker if there was someone else within ear shot. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I called the sales manager to see if there was possibly another salesman could handle my roofing project and claim.  I thought maybe the salesman I was assigned had too much going on to adequately handle my project.  I received no call back. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I have since reached out to another roofing company and received SUPERIOR customer service.  My roof install is scheduled for mid-December and I am looking forward to it. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"
