We had several problems including insufficient air flow to a newly enclosed porch and problematic duct work. He advised a new system and presented options at various price points, after a careful analysis of our home, attic and crawlspace. While we could probably have gotten this all done for less money, we are completely satisfied with the results. Jason and all the workers were nice, professional and competent. "I have used 3 different heating and AC companies in Athens, and SAS are the best of the 3 I have used.  I started using Stansfield because I bought a house where the previous owner had a PM contract on the HVAC system with them.  In general they have always been courteous (good bedside manner) and call when they are on the way.  They also take the time to really explain problems.  On this occasion they came out at 6:00PM on a Friday night to do some warranty work (to replace a bad blower).  It was work they probably could have left to Monday but they made sure that is got done before the weekend. <br />"

"I had these guys do two jobs for me and both experiences were excellent. In May of 2018, they installed an entirely new HVAC system. The work went smoothly and quickly. Earlier this year, in 2019, I had them add some enhancements to the system to preclude future problems with mold. The basement had partially flooded about 8 years ago, and the problem was never properly fixed. This led to a mold problem that had to be remediated. Once that work was done, we had Jordan Air come in and 1) add a dehumidifier unit, 2) put in a better filtration system, 3) install a REME HALO, and 4) Aeroseal the ducts. Again, the work was excellent and it was done in one day. I don't see how you can do wrong with these guys. Jordan Air is top-shelf."

"Angie's List has a coupon for this service.  But the coupon price is misleading, you are not saving any money with the coupon, this is the standard price for this vendor.  I don't believe it should be listed as a coupon.  Also, when I was directed to Pay Pal, the instructions were confusing.  You were instructed to select a date to have the work performed.  That instruction didn't apply to this vendor.  The sample containers arrived within a few days of placing my order.  I sent the sample bottles out the next day.  The instructions were fairly easy to follow, although I have taken samples like these for my job and I believe there should be better instructions about how to make sure you don't contaminate the sample.  Simple instructions, like when you unscrew the lid try not to put it down, but if you have to, make sure you put it on a clean paper towel.  Pictures would help.  Also, don't sneeze or cough over the sample.  I received the results in about a week from when I sent the sample, an email came first followed by a letter in the mail.  The results were easy to read."
