"Great company and workmanship. They took their time, had great attention to detail and even came back a 3rd day to do some caulking touch up and and another sweep of the yard for nails and old shingles. Communication throughout the process was top notch. My neighbor had his roof installed by a lower cost company on the same day and wishes he spent the extra money to have it done right. Their pricing is competitive, but may not be the cheapest. However, you get what you pay for! I would highly recommend this company for any roof repairs or replacements."

Our existing roof was 30 years old (it was originally a 30 year roof shingle installed back in 1989), it was not leaking but clearly had aged and needed to be replaced in the very near future. Jason Evans gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate to replace the shingles and the underlayments, ridge vents, 4 pipe collars, flashing and a new pre-fab metal chimney unit. Jason gave me the estimate back in July, and since I was not in a need to get the work done immediately, we scheduled the job for Monday, October 19, 2020. Jason's supplier dropped the material off at our house the Friday before (10/16), placing the packages of shingles on the roof. Jason's crew of 7 men started work at the break of dawn (7:20AM) on Monday with Jason personally supervising, and worked in such an efficient manner that they were finished and cleaned up by 2:30PM the same day. To let you know that Jason lives up to his company's motto. I asked Jason to look at my sister roof back in July after he gave me my estimate. I thought she may need a new roof because her roof looked to me like it need to be replaced. Jason looked at her roof and informed her that her roof was still in good shape and did not need to be replaced. That is truly "A Roofer You Can Trust"! I would not hesitate to recommend Evans Quality Roofing for your roofing needs. Jason Evans is a gentleman, and an honest and reliable roofer."

"After seeing several water spots on my ceilings, I called two roofing companies to evaluate. One recommended an inexpensive solution for a few minor repairs. Jay from Home Wise recommended a full replacement. After a lengthy discussion to try to understand why the disparity, I went with Jay and full replacement. When my shingles were removed it was just like Jay said - multiple areas of excessive water damage with many pieces of plywood being replaced. The inexpensive repair would have been a complete waste of money. The work went smoothly and I have a beautiful new roof. I highly Recommend Jay and his team. "Needed to replace our 20 year old roof. Timothy's installed the last roof for the previous owners. Called and Russ came out the same day. Felt he gave me honest advice about what needed to get done. No pressure tactics. Got another quote from a reputable company and Timothy's quote was better by about $700. We decided to replace the flat roof and gutters in addition to the main roof. Signed the contract a few days later and Russ and his guys installed it 3 days later. Install of both roofs and the gutters was completed in 1 day. "I knew I had some sort of leak in my roof because the ceiling drywall was starting to bulge in my upstairs bathroom. <br /> I contacted 3 roofing companies through Angie's List. The first two immediately told me how much repairs would cost, per hour. With the first company, I would have to wait about 2 weeks for an appointment. The second company was vague about when they might be able to do the work, and said they would call back. They never did call back. <br /> When I contacted the third company, I spoke to Bill and he said he could come the next morning to look at the situation. No mention about the price at all. I thought, "Now this is the way it should be done. Look at what needs to be done, then provide an estimate." "This team is amazing! It all began when we had those heavy rains at the end of July. Something told me to go into my attic and check things out. Sure enough, I discovered two leaks at the crown of the roof, and it was then I decided to make the call over to Fichtner, because I already knew these folks were amazing based on all of the positive reviews (and the work they had done on the house prior to me moving in). As the day of heavy rain went on, my leaks got worse. I took some photos and sent it over to one of the members (this was midnight), and they came back at 6:30 the next morning to make a temp repair...which had held up well (even considering that the storms just kept coming for a while). Several weeks later, I finally have an amazing new roof (and shed roof as well), and the neighbors love it. I couldn't be more happier, and now (for a long time) I won't have to worry about the roof.
