"It was okay. When you get a price that cheap, you don't expect the guy to do somersaults out there. They had a lot of people to take care of. They did not charge any more. We had two outside light fixtures, adjacent to the front door. We furnished the fixtures, which we bought from Lowe's. He did the work. But, it turns out that one of them was wobbly and the lights were burning out. So, they had to come back. But again, he came back okay, to do it. We were thinking about putting some of those outside lights, along the side, like how they illuminate the bushes and all that. His price was dirt cheap, at the time. They've got to make sure that they have a good answering service. Somebody to take care of their phones because I think this guy does everything. He is a jovial guy and he has got a good personality, but I think that's important too."

"They did a fair job. I completely forgot to leave a review right after they completed the job. But I guess better late than never. There were several spots that they didn't screw in the boards on the porch. The price more than doubled from the initial quote. I would've been happy to pay the final price had they not missed things. I even reached back out to them about the garage door they forgot to fix and he couldn't get anyone back out apparently. This was after I paid him the full amount owed. It was also kind of irritating that they used and dirtied up my swiffer and ladders to clean up their mess from removing the popcorn ceiling. I figured they would've had their own cleaning supplies for that or at least cleaned off my supplies when finished. I honestly am giving him as high of rating as I am because he did provide most of what I asked."
