We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. "Drove through a minor snow storm to get here but arrived on time. He, spent an hour examining the house. A week later he emailed me drawings but they had a problem - he misunderstood part of what I wanted. It took him about another week to correct the drawings. When they did arrive they were satisfactory in all respect and should be all I need for a contractor and building permits. I would certainly recommend him to others."
