"Tried to get this company to bid on my roofing job based on Angies List reviews, but had no success. I have no idea whats going on with them, but they were not organized enough nor professional in approach, so I will use another company. There are lots of qualified professional roofing companies. Here's what happened. I contacted them on-line and requested an appointment several weeks ahead, at a specific time. After saying I didnt need to be here, they agreed to the time and said they would call ahead before coming. Never got a call. 45 minutes after scheduled appointment time I emailed the company to request status, and within minutes two employees did show up and said that they had just been given the paperwork, whatever that means. After inspecting the roof and measuring, they left; by then another company had arrived to do an estimate. But they left no information, and seemed mostly to be annoyed to have been sent on this estimate. And then I heard nothing more. The other two companies that did estimates were both very informative and professional, providing a lot of information, and both provided their estimates within a matter of hours, by email. Having heard nothing further, I emailed the owner again and said they now didnt need to bother providing any estimate since I hadn't found them very responsive. Again, no response."

"I had a leak in my roof and it cause my upper floor ceiling to collapse. I needed to get tarp placed on the roof in order to mitigate further damage. It was an emergency situation because the forecast called for rain the next day. When I went on Angies List to get someone American Group Construction was the first to reply. Isai was able to come out the same day and place the tarp on the roof. I was so impressed with the professionalism I wanted them to fix the roof. He was very nice and professional. He went over what needed to be done and worked with me with respect to the home insurance company. He kept in touch with me throughout the process and was on time. The work was done as scheduled and was completed on time. I was very pleased with Isai and American Group Construction. I would definitely recommend them for work."

He quickly inspected the attic and the exterior roof of the house and was able to identify the problems (which he showed me photos of the problem). He was able to come out within a day or two and fix the leak and gutter. He is a friendly, professional and prompt person who I would trust to use again.
