"Kevin put together a proposal to install seamless gutters. We have a two story home, so Kevin was more than happy to separate each section/story of the house with the price, and presented different options for screens or toppers. We are surrounded by lots of tall maples, so leaves/seeds are definitely a concern for us, especially on the second story where gutter cleaning is more difficult. In the days following, I spoke with Kevin at length on the phone about the different screen/topper options, and I felt he really wanted to provide the best solution for the lowest cost possible (i.e. I never felt like he was trying to "sell us"). We decided on open gutters for the first story (easier to clean the first story gutters) and LeafX toppers for the second story.
