"We started with prices of a four seasons room on an existing deck which would included 2 walls. Room size 7x14, because of the price we decided to go with a 3 seasons room.We put down a deposit and was told it normally takes 4 to 6 weeks, after 6 weeks the products to build the 3 seasons room did not come, so the company did order product for a 4 seasons room and started installation at no extra cost to us. Andy was our sales rep and is very, very helpful above and beyond. Except for the length of time it took, its not exactly what we wanted but it looks great."

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "I bought an Anglie's List deal to have one room painted for $99.  It turned out that the deal included only the walls, not the ceiling and trim although that was not mentioned in the ad for the deal.  When I pointed that out to AOM, they agreed to include the trim.   They also agreed to paint an exterior door at no additional cost.  I paid extra for them to paint the ceiling for which they supplied the paint.  I had consulted with them prior to 10/2 about the other paint, which I had purchased in advance.  The two men who did the work were prompt and meticulous.  There was a slight problem with the finish on the door which they corrected a few days later.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
