"We were very pleased with the results of this project beginning with the presentation at the time of the "free estimate" and would highly recommend this company. My calls were always returned within an hour and the representative was consistently cooperative, personable, and followed through on "making us happy"! One person completed this job and was awesome! He was considerate and very professional while working both inside and outside of our home . He noticed a couple of issues with the windows before installing them and replacements were ordered so that everything was done properly. We were really glad that he was so observant and detail oriented. The painter who painted the back door did an excellent job as well! He was very thorough and the door looks fantastic.
  There were a couple of minor issues that arose after this job was done, but when I called to discuss these, the representative had them taken care of the next day. 
  The windows have made a huge difference already in both the comfort and external noise levels as compared to the old windows. As I stated beforehand, we are VERY HAPPY with this company and would recommend their services to anyone interested in replacing windows.

installer was Craig, who was not very good. told me he would be on the jobsite whenever his guys were there - but he wasn't. also took a long time to come back and recaulk the subpar work his guys did.
as for the product - they are OK. just your basic vinyl windows. overall, i was pleased enough. would use them again."

"We had a great experience with Allstate windows. Steve came out and met with us about the upgrades we wanted to do with our windows and siding. Steve answered all of our questions concerning the job. He was very knowledgeable in the products he was offering which made us feel comfortable, we received our quote by the next day decided to go with Allstate windows. The windows came in earlier than expected and the installation process was done in a timely matter by his crew. When the job was done they cleaned everything up and left the area very clean. "My experience with Brandco could not have been better.  Mark was professional, knowledgable, fair, and honest.  So far, I have hired Brandco to complete the following jobs:

1) Mount a TV on a tremendous stubborn brick wall.  It was a difficult job, but the finished product looks amazing, and Mark was extremely careful in not affecting the aesthetics of the wall/brick in any way.

2) Installation of a faucet - seamless job; looks and works great.

3) Electrical work - Made several adjustments to my the electrical workings of my house.  I now have functional lighting in my garage and a fully operational dishwasher/disposal. 

4) Wiring - Multiple wires were ran through a brick wall.  Something I could not have done on my own.

The pricing for all these jobs was very fair and lower than all other estimates.  The work was done with care, and I will certainly hire Brandco in the future to complete other jobs."

"The crew working for him were ok.  They were polite and showed up but the job took much longer than they anticipated. The painting job was not the best.

"Ron Bunton, the owner handled the job on a professional basis.  He tried to cover every detail necessary to complete the job. He frequently consulted with my wife and I over how we wanted certain tasks handled. It is important that the customer know what they want.  Don't expect Capstone to due design work although their suggestions can be very helpful. The job was challenging and sometimes I the customer wasn't prepared with some of the material that I needed to decided on and purchased. When dealing with Capstone, I think it is important to write down and adhere to a schedule of choosing and purchasing those materials that the customer is responsible for.  In our case all fixtures, tile, wood flooring, windows and some doors were to be customer provided. Lack of having them when needed can lead to delays. That being said there weren't very many delays in the doing of this job.

Overall Capstone did an excellent job and a year later we are very happy with the result"
