Providers cleaned the house but they were not very thorough.  They also spoke very little English, therefore it was hard to communicate specific requests.  They were very nice, however.  You could still visibly see smears or stains where they had wiped things down.  I went behind them with an additional wipe down and cleaned sufficiently in the bathroom.  I did appreciate their efforts to clean the ceiling fans, something that is typically out of reach. However, I wasn't impressed with anything other than the sweeping and mopping.  They were very pleasant and if you just want a very basic cleaning service without thorough effort, Fausto's is a decent service.  Also, they didn't stay anywhere near the 5 hours advertised.
