They came and repaired it, but later we had another leak this time where the room meets the house, and again they came and repaired it. In the past 2 weeks we have had a leak that had soaked the wall between the room and the house every time it rains and for them to come out to look at it cost $250. because the guarantee is only for 2 years and we have had the room nearly 3. Now because of not enough flashing used, our wall is ruined and they want nearly $800. to start the repair on the roof. They can no longer get the wall material, so we are living with a stained, ruined wall and damage to the electric that is in the wall. That 2 year guarantee was never mentioned, but is in the contract. Shabby treatment for people who have purchased not one room but two from this company. They are not someone who I would ever recommend again."
