"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "My bride o 40s years and I have built two homes, and remodeled ?? many times. So, we know a bit about a bit. We had never put in flooring in a pre-owned home though. After careful time spent viewing all type of flooring samples, we had not a clue what to put in. So, without knowing what type of flooring we called Bob at 417 for a quote. In short, we were going to rely on 417 to nudge us to a decision. At the same time getting quotes. We had no clue we would hire them. A tip from an old guy. Use advice from trustful contractors. They know product. Again, two homes built, one we contracted ourselves,. We knew what to look for in contracting hire. For the most experiences we've had good people working for us. We also known some less than satisfactory. Bob and his assistant impressed us greatly. We felt very comfortable inviting them in. His young assistant was extremely impressive regarding conversation. He took time in our in home quote process. Then we asked about what he would recommend for our Ozark Mountain log cabin. He recommended a high quality vinyl planking. We had not thought about this option. With this advice he gave us directions on how to contact a flooring wholesaler too. We visited the flooring wholesaler a few days later. Again, what a wonderful experience. The representative took time, making sure our decision was a good one. Again, she was very high on the vinyl plank flooring. She mentioned 417 Floors as getting great feedback on her end. We selected a rustic look type. Vinyl, who'd a thunk it. Looks better than a Mannington Wood floor we had in one of our homes. Bob had a detailed quote to us within 24 hours. The quote was very fair, considering taking the old floor out, and all the detailed work. The quote included rock cutting on our natural stone fireplace. The old floor installers had just bumped the floor in place. This caused irritating dust traps in the gaps. Plus it looked bad. On top of this we had a large amount of heavy type furniture to move. Four shelved bookcases, antique glass hutch to name a couple. They also handled an in process job change. Nien Gut in this business. We all noticed the old floor boards were not going to look good. They had already put up around half, but agreed with us. We picked the new boards, and Bob picked them up. He had them painted and in our home in 24 hours. No complaints. After calling Bob with a go go go, he gave us a time and date. Bingo, in the days of work they never failed to meet a time. Nor the dreaded, have to finish another job, my great grandma is ill,, or any excuse. Pretty impressive in these times. The vinyl planking had unique knothole patterns. They took great time in making sure they didn't repeat the theme, and put the best looking design where folks would notice. In short, thrilled with new floor, impressed on installation, great communication, and last but not least we are richer by knowing Bob and his assistant. Scott Morgan"
