"Immediately I knew Jose’s Painting would be the company to not only bring my home back to life, but would protect it to SUSTAIN the impact of future elements, due to the proposal that was written with extensive care as to HOW they were going to get the house back into shape and WHAT they were going to use. My home has not been painted or stuccoed since the early 80's it needed TLC. This FAMILY OWNED company makes you feel like you are part of the family. Jose aka “Pops” had extensive details of how to make the project come together, while his son Jose had the modern perspective of how to keep the project in current times. The foremen, Elvis explained every detail whenever we had questions or requests. Allen, Gochi, and Ozzy showed up everyday with professionalism and care. The whole team is trustworthy and relatable. I will NOT use any other painting/stucco/interior/exterior specialist for any future project. The care and detail the team provided went above and beyond. WORTH every penny! This one is for the WIN!"

"I was very impressed with the service I recieved. The painters thoroughly preped the surfaces and match the existing color with high quality paint that will last years. There were no drips or overspray and cleaned up everything when they completed the job. I highly recommend this company."

"Rick Jamison Painting did an absolutely incredible job painting the exterior of my home. The job was no easy task, as it involved stucco repair work and wood repair work which proved quite complicated. Roughly 3 years ago we had the windows in my home replaced and as such, we had these new stucco vs old stucco rings around all 13 windows and doors. Rick Jamison painting completely got rid of all of all of these rings and then did an amazing painting job all without leaving a trace of debris or paint anywhere. My home was built in 1957 and it now looks like brand new construction. Awesome work."

"In short, hire this company : ). Robert and Chris came out to quote the job and arrived on time. They provided a detailed quote by email. The email also included all of their license and insurance information which was great.
They focused on the interior portion of our job first. They arrived on time every day at 7:50am at our request. I could tell that they were going to do a good job since they spent a couple of days prepping the interior for painting. The prep work is critical for painting and these guys do not take short cuts on the prep work. The 50 year old bathroom cabinet paint was in bad shape. We decided to keep them since the wood structure was in good shape. The guys did a great job sanding and scraping the old paint off the cabinets and old door jambs. When I came home I was expecting to find a lot of dust due to the prep work but to my surprise there was none! Great job cleaning up. Every day they cleaned up and organized their area before they left which we really appreciated. They also painted an interior hallway that runs most of the length of the house. Since we did not paint the entire interior, it was important to match the old paint that is throughout the rest of the house. We were not expecting a perfect match. They took a small piece of the plaster wall for color matching and the color matched perfectly.
We chose a bright white for the interior trim which required three to four coats of paint. They took the time to do it right by applying thin coats instead of applying thick coats of paint which would have saved them time but it would have looked terrible. Needless to say the interior paint looks great.
When they moved out to the exterior, they arrived at 7:15 to get an early start. Robert helped us match the exterior paint of a house in a nearby neighborhood that we liked. We would have chosen a color that was too dark without his help. They power washed the house, trenched around the foundation of the house, caulking the seams in the siding, patched peeling stucco, patched old wood that could be saved, and spent several days scraping the old exterior paint. I was really glad to see them spend so much time just in the preparation to paint. The siding on our house required careful masking where it meets the eves and again they took the time to do it right. They of course masked all of the windows, removed door and window screens. They also took down old gutters, light fixtures, unused television cable, and pulled all the old nails that had been added over the years to hang stuff so that they can properly paint underneath all of that stuff.
Once the prep work was done, the painting actually goes on very fast since they can spray the main color on. They did some of the best work on our garage doors. I was thinking we would just have to replace them but they honestly made them look like new which is nice because I don't think we could get doors like these originals that they saved and the design matches the rest of the house. Again we have zero complaints with the exterior paint work. The house looks like new thanks to the diligent preparation.
One thing we would do different is to get Robert involved with the color selection earlier. We stressed over the color of the house and he has a great eye and made us feel confident that we were not doing anything silly. He really is a color expert so take advantage of his advice. He led us to the perfect color for our front door. He showed us three entirely different colors to choose from that would work with our main house color, some we would have never thought of ourselves. We picked one and he was right on the money, it looks great.
Chris ran the job smoothly and Abraham was the lead painter on site. The entire paint crew works hard and we couldn't be more satisfied with all of the work.

"Perez Painting was contracted to resurface and paint our patio structure and wooden features on the front of the house. All interactions went very smooth - from defining and quoting the project, down to timely execution of the 2 day project. As well, they went over and above the contact to paint other small areas that were not included in the original quote. They wanted everything to match. Their team worked very efficiency to get the project done on time. We have more painting projects in the schedule. Perez Painting will be the only call I will make. My wife and I were very happy with the results."

"The large paint crew came early and finished my one story house by 4pm. They painted the stucco, trim, siding and gates. The work was neat and professional, and the crew polite and cooperative. Jame's price was excellent and lower than the other two estimates I obtained. My house looks wonderful!!"

"Picking a contractor can be stressful. Referrals, online research, getting estimates. And there's no way to know for sure if you've made the right choice until the job starts, and by then you've likely signed the contract and put down your hard-earned deposit money. I had several companies out for an exterior painting estimate, and ultimately settled on Anytime House Painting. The owner, John, provided a low-key, thoughtful explanation of what was needed, what it would cost, and what I could expect if I went with them. He offered a very reasonable price with no high pressure sales pitch. I had read the online reviews, which were all good, but there are a lot of companies out there with good reviews. Ultimately, what made the difference was that John mentioned they were a family-run business. It wasn't part of the sales pitch, it just came up in response to my questions. I guess anyone could say that (though none of the other estimators did), and it may or may not be important to the quality of the work, but in this case, I think it made a difference. When they started the job, it was John's father who showed up to supervise the crew, and he was there every day until the job was completed. The house had not been painted for awhile, which meant there was extensive prep work. While that was being done, John came back more than once with sample colors until I got just the right combination, because the really do look different once they're actually on the house. The crew was on time every day, went about their business without disturbing me (I work from home), and performed above and beyond all expectations. I cannot recommend them more highly. The last time the house was painted, I did it myself. This time, I left it to the professionals. Anytime House Painting. It was a good decision."
