"I called for an estimate, within a few days the owner called, set up an appointment for an estimate for 9/2/10. My mother was home when he came for the estimate. The owner gave her a detailed estimate for the job. She thought he was courteous, polite and proffessional. I accepted the estimate and asked if the job be done after we came back from vacation on 10/11/10. I receieved a call shortly after 10/12/10 and a date was set to have the work done.The crew showed up as scheduled and immediately went to work. I was told theat they could do the job in one day and they did. Everything was done as agreed upon.
