In fact, they did such a good job, I contacted Alberto the next summer to build a deck. Another great job! "We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"

"DO NOT hire this company. I hate my $13,000 deck!! Worse experience I ever had with a contractor. As a 70 year old woman acting alone, I contracted with Four Seasons to replace a wooden deck with same. A deposit was made for 1/2 in June 2023 with a start date of August. After that date passed with their delays, I requested to cancel. They had my money. I was assured with a new start date and agreed. The deck wasn’t completed until October 2023. The deck has issues. Pieces falling off at screw points, bowing and lifting boards. I emailed them this July with a very nice request for repairs along with photos of my concerns. No demands, no foul language, no hurry. Can you fix this? The phone call I received from Don Stanley was not pleasant. He was argumentative and defensive of the workmanship and wanted to charge for repairs. I did say, “that’s ridiculous”. He claims I was rude and because of that he could but would not replace the board for free. Who does that ? What a childish and immature way to run a business let alone a way for a grown man to act. He then said, “ I’m done’ and hung up. I called back and was threatened. I connected with Mrs. Stanley and was told it costs too much to send someone over and they didn’t have a crew for small jobs. I told her I would pay for the repairs, I pleaded. I just wanted this project done. She hung up. So what is it? Don’s world, Don’s way. No compromise no cordial, let’s make everyone happy. Don never inspected my completed deck. He’s complacent and only interested in the payout. You probably will never get service after the sale. Don Stanley is a miserable man with an angry disposition. Spiteful. He lacks in customer service, customer satisfaction and people skills. Veteran owned. Wow!! My veteran family members are appalled by your business practices. It’s been said, being a veteran doesn’t give you license to be a jerk. The military should be ashamed of you. Look elsewhere for your deck and fence. Read other reviews."

"Choose a professional establishment. Day 1: They broke a water line and left it spraying all over the joists and dripping from them. Crew left didn't say a word had no idea there was a problem until I turned on the kitchen sink. I had to go purchase the cap and cut the line to fix. Day 3: They broke the Refrigerators water line and it leaked out onto the floor or I would of never known. Then, I had to buy a new waterline for my fridge and replace it and of course the new line was larger. Day 5 and beyond: They came to fix stuff but never finished the job. I finished the work they left undone including buying elbows, piping and other parts and pieces. Additionally, they ran the drainage from the AC into the drain tile. Which is 50+ feet of linear tubbing away from the sump pump, so water will be sitting in the crawl space all summer. They never paid me for my labor or a single part or piece I had to purchase to fix their mistakes. The best thing was Easter when the sun came out and my family went outside and found all the cigarette butts in the grass and the mulch. Do yourself a favor and go with professional establishment I know I will."

We had Don come out and he was very knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. He recommended some things that the other companies did not. He actually talked us out of mor expensive fixes. "I accepted a quote from 3D in July 2022. After they received my 50% deposit for adding to my driveway the company never completed the work and never returned a call, and there were many calls. I texted the man who quoted me and he stated that he was "working on my refund". I asked him when and he said he didn't know. The next 2 texts he has not responded to. Fast forward to 2023, no refund and no return call or text. I have reported them to the Indiana Attorney General as well as the BBB. They are a horrible business at best, scammers at worst, either way stay away if you don't want to have your 50% deposit stolen."
