My landlord did our move out inspection today, and said he would have to have the entire job redone. He wouldn?t even want them to come back for how bad they did. They charged me $750 to essentially do a poor vacuuming job, and wipe down a few surfaces. Things that were entirely NOT DONE AT ALL INCLUDE: - not a single drawer or cabinet was touched - bathroom floors left without sweeping or mopping - cobwebs left in all corners - all baseboards downstairs left undone - stove not cleaned - showers left with deposits - many closets not vacuumed at all - entire laundry room not cleaned - entire downstairs bathroom not cleaned - carpets left with stains - countertops left unwiped These people claimed they didn?t know how hard of a job it would be, and didn?t have enough time to complete it.
