Mike came to our house the same morning I called. Turns out, we actually needed a full roof replacement. The price was fair and they offer financing, which made things easier. "Oh, The Joys Of Home Ownership We purchased our home in 2014 and since then there have been a series of things demanding our attention. This last winter (2016-2017) there were torrential downpours which brought with them two small roof leaks. So when we received an offer from Angie’s List for a new roof from Premier Construction Services, we decided to pursue it. Mike emailed me the next day to make arrangements to come out and take a look at the roof and discuss the project. Right away I could tell he was very passionate about his work and that it was important we thoroughly understood the different materials and techniques used to properly install a roof. He gave us several options at various price levels so that we could decide what would work best for us. We went with the TruDefinition Duration Shingles that come with the Total Protection roofing system by Owens Corning. Since we are on Social Security, this investment stretched our budget to the max. We are thoroughly impressed with Mike and his team, their professionalism and commitment to satisfaction. Now that the job is completed, we are very glad we listened to Mike and took his expert advice. Mike and his crew finished the job (32 squares) in 3 days including tear-off and didn’t cut any corners; replacing all the flashing, ridge and roof vents. During the entire process you could tell that it was extremely important to Mike that we were completely satisfied with the work and was delighted to answer any questions or concerns we had. "When buying our house - we knew that the house needed it's roof replaced.  Everyone recommended using Hanley for their quality and professionalism.  We contacted Hanley in February of 2015 - and got on their scheduled for the work to be done around late May (they were already very booked).  Unfortunately the work didn't start when expected because of some scheduling issues they had.  I understand that this is normal when working with contractors, but the delay extended for longer than we would have liked.  Hanley was nice enough to give a small credit to make up for this. <br /> For the actual roof replacement, ALL of the work was done in about 5 days (really fast for the amount of roof we have!).  The team that did the work was extremely professional and courteous.  I work from home - and felt no distraction from them. <br /> As with all jobs of this size - there were a few hiccups along the way.  The main one being an issue with the color of the metal runners used for the channels (we had a silver shingle - and these were black).  we were very unhappy at how this looked (specifically for two of the channels).  After a few discussions with the owner, they offered to replace these with white channels, at no cost (material and labor). <br /> We now have a BEAUTIFUL new roof that was definitely installed properly and quickly.  Our roof is well ventilated which helped cool down the house in the summer. <br /> They were a little pricier than the competition - however with something as important as the roof of our house - we were willing to pay. <br /> I would highly recommend Hanley, and will use them again if needed. <br /> Thanks Hanley! <br /> <br />"

"K Single Corp did an excellent job installing my new metal roof to replace my old composite roof. We got estimates from several roofing companies, including K Single Corp. After the first home visit by K Single Corp, they immediately emailed me a detailed written contract proposal (unlike some other bidders). Yoni was very communicative, in person and by email/text/phone. He answered my many questions. He revised the proposal as requested by me (for example, I wanted a thicker gauge metal and I decided to have them remove the chimney). They never pressured me to start the job soon (unlike some other bidders). K Single Corp's price was competitive with all my other bids. After all this, I finally chose a different roofing company (perhaps equally good) to do the job, and K Single Corp politely accepted this (unlike some other bidders). Unexpectedly, my chosen company had to pull out (due to family circumstances) before they could begin work, so I came back to K Single Corp to do the job. I'm a bit obsessive, and I had many more detailed questions which Yoni answered patiently and promptly. I wanted more changes to the contract proposal (for example, I added more conditions about my gutters and screens, vent hoods, extra panel clips, roof anchors, etc.) and Yoni revised the contract proposal and warranty repeatedly for me. I often found that they were already planning to do the things that I wanted spelled out in detail. I was happy with the contract I signed. The metal panels were ordered to be fabricated and arrived within two weeks. The work crew arrived within days and tore down and installed the metal roof very professionally in about five work days. The foreman (Orlando) was communicative with me (not everyone on the crew was fluent in English). They did everything I had requested. There were some unexpected increased costs (they needed more material), but K Single Corp paid the added cost, and I paid exactly the price I had originally signed for. My new metal roof is beautiful. K Single Corp's standard warranty is 10 years, but for my metal roof they agreed at no cost to extend my warranty to 20 years, labor and materials, plus the steel panels have a 40-year warranty from Nu-Ray Metals. It looks like it will last for decades with low maintenance."

"I have a flat roof, so it had to be a torch-down, and I just couldn't get an ordinary roofer. So, I knew it would entail a lot. They were out here and gave me a bid, and they could do what I wanted, and for the lowest price. They came out and did three-fourths of it, and then they put all the edging around the outside of the roof. I had a problem about six months later, and it would howl when the wind blew. I called them and they were out the same day, and they knew what to do. They were just on their game. I thought that they would charge a lot of money because they had a full-page advertisement in the phone book, but they were the lowest."

"Eric and his crew did a great job. They showed up when expected and did the roof in a little over one day. I was originally concerned that the tear-off might damage the fine mesh screens over the rain gutters but the screens are fine. GAFCO did something that I didn't expect but really appreciate. All of the flashing and vents were painted to match the color of the roof tiles. It's an extra touch that makes the roof more attractive and shows professionalism on the part of Eric and his crew."
