He was very competent and experienced. He readjusted the position of one curtain rod when I needed it to be higher up the wall. It took him three hours to complete the tasks. "I am very happy and impressed with the service I received from the team at EZ Small Moves.  I was moving from a 1 bedroom apartment to another 1 bedroom apartment half a mile from each other.  All I needed was help and a van to move boxes and furniture.  I got quotes from about 5 companies, including EZ Small Moves.  The experience with this company was positive from the very beginning.  Tammy was very quick to respond to my request for a free quote.  We talked over the phone initially and then she followed up with an email summary that same day.  I didn't have to sign any paperwork ahead of time or provide a deposit (other companies did require this).  I checked in the day before the move and Tammy confirmed we were all set.  The day of my move Jordan and Justin couldn't have been nicer and more professional.  They called me 15 minutes before they were set to arrive and said they were on their way and would be about 15 minutes late.  In the Washington DC area, that's nothing!  I appreciated the heads up.  When they arrived, they moved quickly and respectfully.  They put a lot of effort into making sure my stuff was not damaged while being carried and also in the truck.  They wrapped my furniture in blankets...I didn't have to pay for this which other companies added in to the final estimate.  They put down one of the blankets on the ground when they were moving my mattress into the apartment because of the angle of the stairs - they wanted to make sure it didn't get dirty.  Very thoughtful - above and beyond!  I also didn't have to pay for travel time - another cost in other quotes.  All in all - it took 2 hours and was one of my most pleasant moving experiences ever.  Highly recommend this company!
