"We live in a house that has a flat roof. It's also down a hill so you look down at my roof as you approachmy home. That's why the appearance is so important to us. I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

"Jacob was a pleasure to work with. He pays attention to details which I appreciate. We installed a new roof over our new back porch. We have a flat roof over our sunroom that we wanted JI to extend over our new back porch. They framed out the space and installed the roof in the same day. We also had 2 high hats installed and an exterior light that was existing moved to the side of the roof they installed. We also had new wood railings installed on the new porch. The porch was done by someone else. But Jacob was really careful not to damage the new pavers with the posts they were installing for the support for the new roof and railings. Jacob noticed that the railings were not secure to his liking because the siding was not finished at the time. But that was on me because I had another company working on my siding because of my warranty with them. But without me mentioning it first, Jacob said to call him as soon as the siding was finished so that he can secure the new railings he installed to the house. He even recommended a good painter to paint the railings to my liking. Overall I was very happy with the end product. Jacob is very professional. He is very thorough. He also installed a new gutter to replace the one we had so that it covers the entire back space. His price was a little over our budget, but the job they did was worth every penny."

"Jose and his crew do fantastic work. Did all work as promised and on budget. Only change orders were on our side adding things. Alta was originally hired to replace total roof. Work was completed in 2 days with all trash removed. Our replaced bathroom is now the star of the house! We have hard wood floors and new work matched flooring with no noticeable change. Our last project just completed was a sunroom and shed with partition pavers creating a great sitting area. Everything Alta did was done well and we are so very happy.
