The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."

"I called this company for advice on what to do about the concern, when they called I received an estimate over the phone, what was going to happen, when it was going to happen so forth. Person was not only on time but early, I explained the concern and to my dismay only three traps were put out and I had to tell him where to put them instead of his recommendation to correct my concern. I was informed on first phone call they would return in ten days to check work out, installer informed me when I asked about his return it would be thirty days before they came back to check out the traps but if we smelled a bad odor just call and he would come out asap. Once an odor is present, it's too late. I told him what I was told about ten days but he was not aware of that. Three days later I checked the traps in attic, bait was gone and so were the mice, trap did not work. Today he came reset traps and re baited traps, also left 2 more traps upon my request. First person I talked with to set this up (Roger) was very informing about the system and procedures. I'm interested on what they do for the following three months service."
