"Dan was very responsive to our needs. He had little notice of our need for an electrician and worked to accommodate our timing. Both he and his colleague learned of the issues we faced and got right to work doing what they could to satisfy our need. Those switches/outlets/light fixtures that were in good shape from an electrical standpoint were left as is. Those that were in ill repair were repaired. Point made: This is an electrical contractor who exhibits a sense of integrity and doesn't gauge his customers. In addition, Dan provided recommended suggestions for the future. When he discovered he would be an hour late due to an unexpected customer emergency, he alerted us and kept us informed of his anticipated time of arrival. Final point: he is a good communicator, understands his customers well and is empathetic to their needs. It doesn't get much better than that. My vote: A+. Bravo for a job well done."

"I had the good fortune of meeting Gregg from Firefly Landscape Lighting several weeks ago. He is a teacher who loves spending time outdoors when not at school. I had Kicher outdoor lights installed last year. From the first day, I had issues with lights being lighter and darker than each other and others going out completely. Gregg met me at exactly 7am as promised so I could leave for work on time. He was able to tell me within several minutes what was wrong with the system and what he needed to do to get it working. Gregg seemed very honest and knowledgeable and gave me what seemed to be a fair price for the work that needed to be done. I agreed to have him fix the system that day. I left for work and he called me several hours later that the system was fixed and it was. I am only sorry that I did not know Gregg at the beginning of the project so that he could have helped with design, fixture selection and installation. I am sure it would have come out much better."

"Melichar's electrician texted in advance of arriving on time to repair a partially broken bathroom fixture installed by another contractor.  He said he would order the part to repair it.  Several days later Mr. Melichar phoned me to say that parts were not available- we could either order a new light or install parts from another light.  The latter would run up labor costs.  I decided on a new fixture.  He gave me an excellent price and installed it within a week.  The electricians were punctual leaving the bathroom spotless.  Excellent and very professional. <br />"

"Mr. Sparky Tech Joe arrived promptly and exactly when they said he would (yes this is true). Mr. Sparky gave me a 3 hr window of time, then they called me, to tell me that the technician will be arriving within the hour. They also gave me the name of the technician who was to show up at my door. <br /> When Joe arrived (on time) at my door, he had placed a Mr. Sparky mat down and was placing disposable booties on his feet before he even walked into my house. He introduced himself and asked some follow up questions to our problem. We had blown a fuse in our bedroom that had also made several other lights/outlets non-functional. I showed Joe the issue and he started to diagnose the problem. <br /> After Joe was able to figure out the original problem and fix it, I asked about providing some other electrical needs. Joe was able to install a Motion Sensor Light outside our house, he upgraded all of our electrical outlets in our Kitchen to be up to "Code". He was able to fix a light switch for us that has existed, but was never hooked up to anything. He was also able to fix a light in our garage. He had to access our attic, go into multiple rooms to figure out the original issue. <br /> Joe completed a visual inspection of our house as well as a visual inspection of our electrical box to make sure there were no other issues waiting to happen. <br /> Joe was able to complete everything in a timely manner; with two 2 yo's running around him; not an easy feat. Joe had everything on the truck and never said no to anything I requested. All of the work he did has a 2 year warranty. <br /> I highly recommend Mr. Sparky Electric to anyone in the area that needs an electrician. The exceptional service they provide can't be beat! <br />"
